On October 06, 2023, I took my car for tune up at Christian Brothers Automotive, *******************************************************************************. Christian Brothers call me and said I had an oil leak and spark plug need to be replace. After repairing my car. I drove it home the next couple days the car continues to leak on to my driveway. I called the owner and told him that the oil was still leaking from my car. He said I will have it tow back to Christian ****************** shop. He also said I will pay for you an uber to work on the following morning. When I pick my car that is when I was told I would have to pay back the money for the tow and the uber ride. I don't think that was fair, because the Christian Brothers was paid for repairs to my car that they never repaired. My car continues to leak oil. Because of their dishonest practices, I took my car back to the dealer and end of spending over 3000 dollars for some of the same repairs that Christian Brothers Automotives was suppose to repair. I was never told that I had to pay for the tow or the uber. The owner ***************************** ask me to take pictures of my driveway with the oil stains and I did and send it to him.He said that looks like oil. When I go to pick up my car the next day the man at the front desk said there is oil in your car. But me and my sons check the oil before the car was tow and it was bone dry. There was absolutely no oil in that car It had all leak back out on to the driveway.

****************** brought her car to us on 10/6/23 requesting a tune-up be performed because the vehicle was running rough.  While the customer's car was being repaired, we used our shuttle vehicle to take ****************** to and from work as well as pick her up and drop her off at her home.  We performed a thorough inspection of the entire vehicle and provided many repair recommendations. ****************** authorized some and declined some.  ****************** picked up her vehicle on 10/11.2023 and was told that the repairs were covered by our 3 year/36000-mile warranty which also is printed on the bottom of her receipt.  Around 10/23 I picked up a ******** message after hours from customer stating her car was leaking oil, I reached out to her when I received the message, and she was very upset.  I told her not to worry that if it had to do with any of our repairs, the warranty would cover her including the tow charge and Uber charge.  The vehicle was towed to us and we discovered that the vehicle wasn't leaking oil. Since our repairs hadn't failed the cost for the tow and Uber were charged to the customer.  As far as the dealership charging her to redo our work, that doesn't have any bearing because our repairs are covered under warranty, but the customer decided to take the vehicle somewhere else and pay for the repairs.  We encounter this issue very often and direct the customer back to where the repairs were performed so that they don't incur any additional charges.
