I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a disappointing shopping experience my mother and I recently had at your ****** ************** store at ****************************************************************************** on December 7th. During our visit, we made substantial purchases, totaling $381 and $481, respectively, on *********************** products. Both of us were *********** receive a complimentary Micro Essence Lotion as a gift by using the promotion code DMDECG for purchases over $225. However, upon checking our shopping bag at home, we discovered that the store staff failed to include the promotional gift. In an attempt to rectify this oversight, we returned to the store the following day. Regrettably, the store manager declined our request for the gift, citing her absence during our initial purchase.I have attached the receipts for our transactions to provide a clear record of our qualifying purchases. We understand that mistakes can happen, but we are disappointed by the lack of resolution and understanding from the store manager. We value our relationship with Cosmetic Company and believe in the quality of your products, which is why we are reaching out to seek a fair resolution to this matter. We appreciate your prompt attention to this issue and kindly request that you investigate the situation further. Our hope is to receive the promised promotional gift, as outlined in the terms of the promotion. Thank you for your understanding and assistance in resolving this matter.
