While being treated by Dr. *********************** I was told that tooth #** was cracked and needed a crown. On November **, 2023, he began the work to put in the crown, including the buildup and impression. At that appointment, he then noticed that I needed a root canal on tooth #**. He put in a temporary crown on tooth ** while we waited for the permanent. December 8, 2023, I went back to get the permanent crown and to start work on the root canal on #**. The permanent crown cracked as soon as he put it in my mouth. He put in another temporary while we waited another three weeks for another permanent crown. An hour after leaving the appointment, the temporary came out. I went back that afternoon to have it put back and it came out again later that evening. Another temporary crown was put in the following week. January 5, 2024, I went to have the root canal completed and the permanent crown put into # **. Again the permanent crown was wrong. He also didn't finish the root canal because he said he didn't have time. A temporary crown was put on both ** and **. That afternoon #** came out again. This was a Friday afternoon after the office had closed. The following Monday, January 8, 2024, I tried to call the office 25 times to get the temp replaced, but they never answered the phone. In my frustration I went to a new dentist who told me that the buildup was done incorrectly and would have to be redone. I scheduled an appointment the following week and walked out with a permanent crown that was made in his office. I continued to try to contact Dental Works, for several days, but they never answered the phone. The new dentist has since completed the root canal work. I would like all money that was paid to Dental Works to be refunded to me ($975.40) and the insurance company ($1,**7.60) and the Care Credit financing stopped since he didn't complaint any of the work that he contracted to do.

I was in the process of performing dental work and paid out of pocket $600. The business billed for additional work. My insurance company paid the claim that would include five teeth in a temporary bridge. However, the bridge was four teeth, not five. During installation of the temporary bridge, it cracked. It was filled with composite and cement and installed. Within one week the bridge broke and three of four partial replacement teeth fell out of my mouth. I sought services of another dentist to manufacture a new temporary and permanent bridge to complete the work. Dentalworks Aurora, the former dental office has the monies I paid as well as the insurance company. They are refusing to refund me the monies I've paid after several attempts as well as return the monies to the insurance carrier. I've informed Dentalworks Aurora that I will not be returning and have requested a refund of my and the insurance companies monies that were paid for services not rendered. The office operations manager has stalled and delayed processing the monies for any refunds, even after peaking to my insurance company.
