Unfortunately I paid thousands of dollars for a service that has been the most frustrating experience of my life. **** made a lot of promises on our calls and did not deliver after months of delays. He is responsive to you, but him and his team made so many mistakes it was appalling and embarrassing as a business. I was assurred this would be done and that would be done so I would be prepared to capture leads during my hottest season and they still didn't meet the promised deadlines. When they finally uploaded their new website theme onto my Wordpress account, I lost all of my previous work - my blogs, my images, my lead magnet funnel pages and more. They could never fix this though they said they would. I'm pretty much starting from scratch after 7 months of hoping they'd fix things. All of links on my customer thank you downloads, lead capturing guides are broken and not found. I've spent hours trying to keep my credibility with customer complaints and confusion and hours trying to repair everything. I told **** at the start of our sales call I had a horrible experience before him and he reassured me there was nothing to worry about and that he needed this sale for his family. Yet this experience was far worse and very disheartening as a growing business. We lost out on so many opportunities to grow and regressed as a business because of their mishandling. My husband and I are hurt and will never use or refer this business or the server we found Softnotics through again - Bark.com.
