Was asking for an consultation on some electrical work at my tenant house ************. When he didnt show up in the afternoon of 10/31/22 I had to call and verify when he will get there. He then showed up after hours which wasnt the agreement at all. Gave me a diagnosis on the problem and estimate of what it would cost, I told him thank you let me get a second opinion before getting any work done and to just charge me for the consultation of him showing up. He disregarded my word started working on an outlet which claims he was fixed but upon my second opinion today11/01/22 that outlet was not working at all. So not only did he not listen to me not to do any work but he claims do some work which never fixed anything. Also upon asking for payment of ****** he insisted I send my credit card info through text instead of an invoice with an online portal to make my payment. Finally decide to do it through Zelle which was better but a business should not be run by asking for credit card info through text messages from clients, who knows what he could do with that info and how many of his clients hes done that too. So I just want to say that ***** does not know how to run a business when he dont listen to his clients and just starts doing work with out an ok from them and also how to take payments.Business response
