I placed an order *************. The item went on sale 2 days after I bought it. I called your team to get a refund they said no problem we will refund the difference in a few days. The team that does the refunds went ahead and looked at the ticket after the labor day sale was over and then denied the refund. Now my only option is to return the item, then replace the order again when the sale price comes. It's so wasteful as you will discard/destroy the glasses only to have me order again. I also went to the local store but apparently they don't help at all with online orders. You guys are one company why can't it be operated like one?Initial Complaint

I ordered rx glasses at LensCrafterss.com. I payed ****** and when the glasses came I could not see out of them. I looked at my Rx and the Rx on the card they sent and they where completely different. I do have proof of this. They said minor adjustments are common however one sphere number was totally opposite instead of a plus it was a minus. No numbers lined up. Now I have to wait for labels and ship product back that should of never been sent to me to get my refund. This whole process is ridiculous and LensCrafterss is aware of their mistakes but its up to me to wait and to ship back. Poor customer service like talking to robots even when talking with supervisor ******** Wont ever shop at LensCrafterss again. Long wait to get glasses then Rx is completely wrong now waiting on shipping label and then refund. Poor decision to shop with LensCrafterss. Out $416 and no glasses.Initial Complaint

I purchased ******* frames and lens from LensCrafters. The frames were kept in perfect condition. I was in the store looking at other glasses when an employee offered to adjust my ******* frames to fit better. When adjusting she must have over heated the frame and then her tool left a molded part in the front of my frame. One of the rhinestones also fell out of the arm. I then contacted the store and was only offered 50% off a new frame when I should receive a replacement. The employee then told me that she would contact a manager for the replacement and I would hear back in two days. Its been two weeks and I have not heard back. So I emailed again and was told in email that I accepted the 50% new frame offer which I NEVER did nor did I ever receive a call back. Very upset by this customer service when I have purchased so my glasses here in the past. I would have expected them to stand behind their mistakes and take care of their customer after it was their employee who ruined my frames. All Im asking for in an exchange for this exact frame since they still sell it.
