This appears to be an internet scam operation. I placed an order for an RV awning June 30. My credit card was payment of $319 was processed immediately. I received an order confirmation email and number immediately, but I found it odd there was no tracking number or shipping method, or estimated delivery date detail. I brushed my concerns aside and enjoyed the holiday weekend. After the holiday weekend I sent my first email to the "Contact Us" address asking for a tracking number. I heard nothing. Several days passed and I send another email. No response. Today I decided to call the number listed on their web page. After waiting on hold for **** minutes I spoke with a woman who goes by the name of ******. She offered no order information. When I asked to speak with someone who could answer my questions she said deflected and said I would get a call back. When I asked "When?" she was evasive and could not provide a timeframe. Also today, I looked up the purported "world headquarters" address and it appears to be a rented office in an *************************. It's been 12 days I since my order was placed with zero communication from Hebron Stores. At this point I simply want my $319 refunded.
