I took my car for fix an oil leak, last January 2023, they fix the leak, but the car makes a noise around where the leakage was (differential pinion seal) I told them, and they said the just fix the leak with new seals and oil. any way they open again the differential and showed me what they did, so they change the seals and put oil again and give back my car, but the noise still. I consult other mechanics to see if they can tell me what the problem is, one mechanic specialist in transmissions just knowing the problem, told me they didn't torque calibrate the nuts when assembling back and was to tie for that reasons makes that noise the nuts were too tie, so I back to the shop and they agree to open again the differential and tie the nuts with a torque wrench to fix it, they did and told me that the nuts was a little tie, I drove again the car and the noise still, I talked with the manager and told them it wasn't the first time I took the car for the same problem years ago and that time I didn't have a problem the fix it right away. them back in home and looked for my receipts and I found the one and take back to the shop the mechanic takes a copy to send it to the corporation to see what else they ***** the Manager telling me for sure when the corporative give him and answer will take my car to a different shop the first time that take my car for the same problem was 10/29/2016. and they fix it right for that reason I take my car back to fix with then this second time.Initial Complaint

I went to this exhaust place about a year and a 1/2 ago. I had to purchase a Cadillac converter because mine had gone bad. I spent $350 to replace my catalytic converter and it has been a year and half. It's rusted out again. They don't stand behind there work at all. 90 days and that's all you get. Now I have to replace the cat again. Cause of there crappy metal they use.
