STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! ******* will tell you dont pay attention to the bad reviews when you call to get a quote which should have been a red flag, but sadly the bad reviews about her attitude are correct. We contacted them to completely fill our pool , ******* asked how big is the pool? And when given the dimensions she quoted $550. No problem.The gentleman arrived, and began to fill. The pool is only less than 3 quarters filled when he starts packing up and tells me that he ran out of water. My husband contacts ******* and asks her what is going on and she tells him that its common sense that their truck only carries 6000 gallons and our pool takes 7000 so he will still need to pay the $550. He tells her that she did not ask him how many gallons it was, she asked the size of the pool and gave a quote. He asks her about the remaining 1000 gallons that our pool would take, and she says that if they come out she will double the price to $1000. Then she literally hangs up on him! She then calls him back and says that she will have someone come drain the water if he doesnt pay - then threatened to go to court. He was fully prepared to have this war, however, I was not in the mood. I paid the gentleman the $550 and asked him for a receipt which he stated that they do not give receipts. Just bad business practices altogether.

I was told the 1st of 3 deliveries would be around 9:30 am only to hear he had to get the truck first so that delivery came around noon. The 2 nd came around 3:30and held my workers up waiting all day with excuse that he got a ticket for being overweight. The last load came at 9:30pm and half of his load filled the pool. Because we had to wait all day I was unsatisfied with their service. The only payment they wanted on line was a CC. I sent 1 check for $300 in july, 1 for $500 in august, 1 for $500 in September and was trying to send October but lost their address. So I called and she now tells me that she never cashed any of them. When I first called her back in July I said Im not paying for a full load of water when I only received a half. ( I timed the flow) first 2 were 25 min. Last was 12 min. Total bill was $2008.00 and I told her Im not paying for a full load, she said Ill see you in court and hung up on me. I have not heard from her or court all summer. I did not know she wasnt cashing them. I certainly would never recommend this company to anyone.

This company is the worst around!! I called to get a quote to fill my pool because they advertise service in my area specifically says they service within a 60 mile radius and I am only 25 miles from them and the lady that answered the phone was extremely rude and told me they dont get the emails from their website and she is sorry if that bothers me then told me they dont service my area and hung up on me!!!! Honestly am going to contact a lawyer and go after them for false advertising.
