      I returned 3 items about 2 months now and they are giving me the run around to send me my refund.

      I purchased these clothing items from the company on March 8, 2024. I was charged $81.88 for the items,, when I received them I tried them on and they did not fit so I reached out to have the items returned. I received an email with steps on how to return the item and the address to return them too. Not only do they not provide a return label but I also had to pay an extra $13.00 to have each package delivered. *** did not recognize the address on the second package that I tried to send back because it comes up as a vacant lot. I was able to return the first package that was delivered and I have an email from *** indicating that it was delivered to the address provided but when I went back to return the second package they would not take it due to not being able to recognize the address. As of today, I have not received any type of refund from the company and I also reached out to see if they could provide a valid address to send the second package back and they have yet to respond. So I'm not sure if I am going to be able to get my money back for these items (one package has been received back to their company and the other package I'm apparently not able to ship back) and I would like the $13.00 back that I had to pay for shipping to return the package since it doesn't look like I'll be able to return the second package nor get my money back.

      I placed an online order with this company for clothing and upon receiving the clothing I noticed the quality of the clothing was poor and it was too small. I requested a refund but unfortunately the card that I had purchased the items on experienced fraudulent activity and I had to cancel the card. Flamingo stated that they re-issued the refund to that card however, I never received the refund. Because I canceled the card. I thought that was the reason i never received the refund and I contacted them to let them know that I never received the refund and asked if it was perhaps I no longer had that card. I was told the only way they could issue a refund is if I sent them a letter from my financial institution explaining that I received a new card. I contacted my financial institution for this letter, however, they recommended that we do not send them a letter with my account information on it. Also, they explained that the company could have refunded the money to the cancelled card because they would have rerouted it to my account. This has been going on since October 2023 and they still refuse to return my money. They have since changed their policy which now states that they do not give refunds. I have email documentation from their support team saying that they will give me a refund. I would greatly appreciate any help on this matter.

      I purchased 3 pairs of jeans on January 18, 2024, they are too big and too long for me. I tried seeking the company's assistance on helping me with the sizes so I wouldn't order the wrong size, but they were not helpful and referred to me to use their size guide, which I did but was still had problems with deciding on my size. I placed my order and thought if they don't fit I can return them with no problems. But now the company is not accepting my request to return the jeans for a refund. I attached an additional document that has more details, regarding the dates and emails. Thank you.

      ********************************************** Date: 12/30/23Item Ordered: Striped Hollow Out Pocket Detail ************ Hem Pants Set-Green M * 1 Green / M Measurement chart stated a size Med had a bust of *****". When received it measured 42". Also the picture on the website showed the pockets were the same color as the outfit material (green). When received they were white instead of green like the pants. I sent all the pics showing them that their website is incorrect. They refused to accept a return and give me a refund. They said that all they could do was give me an online store credit. Even tho their website stated they accepted returns made within 7 days, which I did I DID. The item was delivered on 1/11/24 and I contacted them on 1/12/24 by email. We havebeen going back and forth for days. Not sure the Flamingo Shop listed in your directory is the correct Flamingo Shop. This one may be located in *****. They DO NOT list any address on their website or on ******* However, I've been communicating back and forth via email with the company trying everything to return their items and get a refund. I've jumped through every hoop and proved their info is wrong but they still refuse to accept a return. Please find these people and put them out of business!       I received my order around 8/15/23. 2 items were not correct and just over all not very good quality so was not satisfied with the product. It took 2 weeks of emails back and forth before they would send me return info. I sent clothing back brand new with tags back on 9/26/23. for delivery date to flamingo on 9/28/23. I followed all the instruction they request. including emailing tracking number of package.I have not received any refund to my credit card and no further correspondence from them, have not responded to any of my emails.

      I placed an order on September 19, 2023 for some pants. The order arrived on time but I noticed the pants were really cheap quality and I wanted to return them. I looked up on their site where to contact for returns and sent their support an email. I received an auto response that said my message had been received. It's been over a week, I've followed up twice and they still haven't sent me my refund instructions. We've now passed the refund deadline. All I want is for someone to respond to me and tell me how I can return the jeans and get my money back but I can't get ahold of anyone.Order number ****************

      I ordered jeans from flamingo. It still says processing after 20 business days. I have made multiple attempts to email and call them with no response. Not yet shipped no way to track and no way to get ahold of them.

      Purchased 6/19. They Didnt ship items until after more than two weeks went by and I emailed them about it. It took a month to receive my purchase. Items received were less than poor quality. It would be rude to give as a present. I wanted to return everything but one shirt. They gave me a very hard time even approving a return. Made me send pictures of the clothes the packing slip before accepting return. Does not offer return shipping. So what happens is you lose money when you ship with this shop. They take a long time to send product, send shameful quality, give you the run around, tell you to pay for your return. I sent the items back 8/4 They received my return 8/22. I had no communication from them since they received it. I had not heard from them until I contacted PayPal. Then they sent me an email that they will return money and to check PayPal. The money is not returned. I emailed them three times after that and they have not answered. They promised me store credit for the shipping after complaining persistently about it. The email they sent today did not have a promo code. Im afraid they are going to give me a fake promo code for the shipping reimbursement. My purchase was 161, the shirt I purchased was ***** and the shipping fees were *****. If you could help me Id greatly appreciate it. I bought the clothes June 19, today is September 1st and I still dont have a refund. Its really poor service, it feels like a scam and that they take advantage of their customers and drag there feet on returns as a deterrent. had I not been persistent this company would not be doing anything to help me. I appreciate your help. The best thing they can do is give me 161 plus ***** minus ***** for the one shirt.
