D-Wing Construction placed the roof on my house July 2, 2018. I was told from D-Wing that the roof has a 10 year warranty but will not transfer it to the new owner which is me, I purchased my home September 27, 2022. I noticed mold in my garage ceiling July 31st, I had a contractor cut out the mold and noticed there was no pipes in this area and it was confirmed that the roof was leaking. I spoke with ********************* at D-Wing on August 17th, and he told me that he wanted to be fair and would have someone come out and look at the roof but I would have to pay something. I've called ******************************************************************************* He'll call you back I promise, I'm sorry he hasn't called you back, I can't make him return your call. I have heard every excuse but never a returned call. I contacted another roofing company who stated with this being a new roof and only 5 years old with a company that's still in existence they would not be able to assist me by doing a patch job because I would hold their company liable for something they didn't original lay down. I called another roofing company and was told the same thing. Please assist me with D-wing, I would like to see this company do the right thing, and take pride in the quality of their work. Winter is around the corner and I have a 5 year old roof on my house that is leaking into my garage. No other roofing company will touch my house unless they remove the entire section of the defected roof and start fresh this is the only way they are able to guaranty their work.
