This seller is 100% dishonest. I purchased tickets in Jan 2024 for 4 tickets to KidzBop at the Iowa State Fair. I opened the tickets today to see they were $34. I was charged $421.11. I contacted them via live chat as well as a phone call. I was told they were sold to me as a third party and they were allowed to charged whatever they wanted. Like others I was redirected to this webpage which to my knowledge was the correct thing to do. The audacity that these people have is awful. They’ve completely taken advantage of the system, and I will never purchase tickets at fair again. At what point in time will the government step in and shut down these fake ass sites. This should never have been allowed to happen. I plan to put this company on blast on every platform I can find.

They misinformed me saying that there was only 12 tickets left for a football game and I was informed that tickets hadn’t even been available until August 15th on the stadium site for sale.

TERRIBLE STAY AWAY. If I could give ZERO stars I would. This site does not work properly with all browsers. First of all I had no intention of purchasing a ticket through a re-seller and arrived at their site trying to search for ticket master. I was looking at their site and selecting seats, I realized that this was a reseller and I hit the back button after entering my payment information. The purchase went through anyway, I contacted their customer service immediately, they were no help, refused to relay me to manager. A tech glitch is not a purchase, they need to have a better final review and go back feature. I have never had to report a business and I have NEVER accidentally purchased anything, from any website EVER. This is a terrible terrible service.

First, I understand that as a resale site, their tickets would be more expensive. However, I did not expect them to be 70% more than other resale sites. For that reason alone, I advise against buying tickets from them. Second, I bought these tickets as a gift for my grandson and I still cannot transfer them to my daughter. They suggest that I give my daughter my login credentials. When I called Ticketmaster, an agent told me my tickets were canceled and advised me to call Ticketsonsale. Ticketsonsale insists that the tickets are not canceled. When I called Ticketmaster again, another agent confirmed that the tickets are not canceled. I am now worried about sending my daughter on a two-hour trip. I have purchased many tickets from resellers before and am familiar with transfer policies, but I have always been able to transfer tickets the day before. I do not want to sell them, just transfer them. The lack of assistance from both Ticketsonsale is appalling after spending so much money $1754 where the same tickets/same section/comparable rows were $526.20 including fees. Ticketmasters is not willing to help much with tickets purchased from Ticketsonsale either.

I bought 4 tickets (total cost over $400) to a Kings of Leon concert in 2022. The mother of the band members died right before the concert and they cancelled the event without ever returning my money! I received a notice on a class action lawsuit that had been filed in the 18th Judicial Circuit Court Dupage County, Illinois for this but never received anything else.

This seller is dishonest, overcharges, and does NOT refund tickets bought within 5 minutes of request refund. They don’t even tell you what the seat numbers are. DONT BUY HERE.

Very poor service, didn't get my tickets and had to go to the Box Office for help with my tickets that were in cyber space somewhere... I will never use a third party app again, Always go through Ticket Master or the Box Office

This is a fraud website. I tried to buy the tickets from an actual known website but somehow ended up on tickets on sale website. When I originally picked the seats I had a different price but somehow I got to this website and this site will not give you total price till you put your card information and accept to pay. Once I did the price was more than double the price of what I was paying. I tried calling the company right away but they have system message stating all sales are final and not refundable. This company needs to be shut down. Total scam.

COMPLETE rip off. They take you from the venue site that you think you are on and pretend to be them. Not only double ticket prices add HUNDREDS of dollars in service fees that you can't stop until you have already paid and look at total. NO link on their site works to "Contact Us" and only available in a live chat to a robot. PREDITORY behavior hiding the facts and taking advantage of the public who are innocently searching what they think is the venue site. NO resolution in trying to cancel my purchase seconds after I saw the total and the incredible charges they made. STAY AWAY

so I did this......and sent it to the Attorney General in ******. Feel free to copy and edit, make it your own, and do the same wherever you live.....To whom it may concern,I recently tried to purchase tickets for a show at the festival and was somehow redirected from the theatre box office to Ticketsales.com.The changes were not clear and I ended up paying in excess of $300 for a pair of $48 dollar tickets. Not refundable, not transferable, impossible to cancel.When I inquired as to when ,where, and in what format the tickets might be delivered I was asked to please be patient. The agent would not commit to anything.When I tried to log directly into their website I discovered it was nonexistent.I now know there are hundreds of people making the same complaint. This is not a legitimate business. There are complaints online of people losing ***** dollars to these people so I feel I got off easy, but still.....I am retired on a fixed income so this hits pretty hard. This was supposed to be something special. There is nothing I can do, nothing the bank can do. I know I will never see this money again, and I doubt I will see the tickets.Please take a moment to look at this predatory entity doing business in our community.
