We bought windows for our new build.Less than one year later a window cracked (corner crack caused by faulty window) was told they were under warranty. Tried to contact them to get us a new window and they tried telling us we would have to pay to fix it despite their warranty. They also told us they would get back to us and will not return our call Would just like them to give us a new window and take the faulty window backInitial Complaint

I had a window manufactured by Lindsay Windows and Doors installed March 2019. It began to leak during the winter and I contacted the company in March 2021 since it remained under warranty. They sent out a technician who thought a glass pane needed to be replaced. He said someone would contact me to make arrangements to fix the problem. No one called and I had called the company numerous times. I was always told they would look into true problem and get back to me. It is almost 1 year later with no folllow up or plans to resolve the issue.
