      This company keeps harassing me for money I dont owe them. I told them over and over this package was refused when it was delivered. It took to long to receive the item and when I called about canceling it I was told to refuse the package when I came. Why should I pay for something I dont have.

      I ordered these items and never received a confirmation for the order. I waited a couple of days and placed the order again. I received the second order placed and four days later received the first order that I never received a confirmation for. This order was missing the Canning items (which I was refunded) and the box for the Callander was damaged and taped up, so I did not open it (no refund will be sent i was told).I called The Lakeside Collections customer service to explain the situation. I asked for a return label to be sent as described on their website that would charge me $7.99 thru ****** which is acceptable and fine.However, I was then told "They DO NOT" send return labels. I would have to take it to my local ****. This is deception on their part as far as their return policy. I am requesting a refund of $59.92 because they did refund me for the missing item

      I placed an order with The Lakeside Collection. They were offering free shipping.I typed in the code for the free shipping, but when I paid through ******, I noticed the free shipping had not gone through. I contacted The Lakeside Collection through chat to cancel the order and try again to get the free shipping. I waited some minutes for them to respond. They then informed me I could cancel because too much time had passed & it was too late. It had only been minutes, less than 30. I do not wish to do business with a company with such business practices as this & want my order cancelled & a full refund, including shipping.

      Getting bills and phone calls I owe for an order which was paid I supplied a copy of the front and back of the check and statement copy showing they received and cashed the check.

      On May 7 I ordered a sofa table from Lakeside Collection. On May 17 when I was still being told it was "in process" I found the same table locally. I called and emailed Lakeside Collection advising them to cancel my order; on the phone I was advised it was not possible to cancel the order even though it was still in process; no one responded to my email. When I was advised the order was ready to ship I again called and emailed with negative results. The table was delivered June 10, I have called 3 times requesting a return label so I can return the table and get my $102 refund. Each time I am told there is a technical error and they cannot send me a return label. I have never encountered such an excuse before.

      Once an order is placed, there is a very small window of time in which we can cancel or make any changes to the order. 

      We have been going through some transitions with the company and we were having a printing issue with our return labels. The issue has been resolved, I will have a free return label mailed to the address associated with your order. please allow **** business days to receive the label.

      I placed an order 5/3/23 that was not processed for weeks, even as I continued to attempt to contact Lakeside, unsuccessfully, for a status update.Per PayPal, the authorization would no longer be valid after 30 days, however, I emailed Lakeside on 5/15/23 (I was unable to get any calls to go through) and advised them to cancel my order and I removed, in writing, the authorization to charge my card. Since I did not get a response, I canceled the order AGAIN on 5/22/23, in writing.On 5/31/23, I stepped onto my porch to find a package from Lakeside and I called them immediately to point out that I canceled the order TWICE, in writing, the most recent time being over a week prior. I indicated on the phone that they were not authorized to charge my card and the rep stated they would send me a bill. I indicated in no uncertain terms that I did not want a bill for an order I canceled twice, yet they chose to ship regardless, 8 days after my last cancelation. The rep then stated they would send me a label to send the shipment back and I stated I would not spend any time or expense to ship the shipment back, as it never should have been shipped; I stated that if they wanted their shipment back, they can pay someone to come pick it back up, just as they dropped it off. Yesterday was the last day the authorization would have been valid and I just found that they have charged my card the exact dollar amount for an alleged purchase on 6/2/23 that I did not make. I put it IN WRITING that they were NOT TO CHARGE MY CARD AND DOING SO WOULD RESULT IN FRAUD CHARGES, which I will now be filing against this company. The fact that they are unable to read or respond to emails in a timely manner, especially while their phones are barely working half the time since their bankruptcy filing in ****** is NOT MY PROBLEM and they WILL NOT STRONGARM me into spending any additional money with them. REMOVE THE CHARGE FROM MY CARD NOW.

      I am disputing the fact that the company involved refuses to send me a return label claiming their machine is down. I have been told this for over a month. The merchandise I received as not as pictured in the catalog. I paid about $170 for the bedding, drapes, etc . The return instructions included in the package when it arrived said fill out the reason for return and to call and request a return label. When I called, I was told the label machine was down and to call in a week. I called for over a month and got the same answer. When I demanded to speak with a decision maker, I was told each time that no one was available. I have been buying from well know company's for years and have never received a package that did not include a return label. Lakeside collection instructions for returns was clear..call and request a label and $7.99 would be deducted from my refund. When they refused me the label, I took the package to the USPS...$110! UPS...$61.00! I think that by the time they are willing to send a return label, they will use the excuse that the purchase was made over 60 days. I don't have an exact day of purchase, but they do. I believe it was in April, 2023. I don't want trouble for them or e. I just want hats fair. I dnt like the product and I have a right to return it without suffering a large financial loss. Please help!

      Hello, I placed an order with Lakeside Collection in March or April 2023 and Lakeside Collection sent me a refund check for the two watery can steaks with lights totally $54.87. I took the check to my bank and my bank sent me a letter charge me a $10 fee and told me the reason they could not cash that check is because it is frozen block account. I would like for Lakeside Collection to give me my $54.87 back and also reimbursed me somehow for the $10 fee I had to pay my bank because this check is no good I still have the check the letter that the bank sent me as well. Please help me to get my money back I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and this is not fair that they just take my money away from me like this. I appreciate your help and your time have a wonderful

      I placed an order with Lakeside Collection on April 11, 2023. I received my order a few days ago pretty sure May,12,2023. I hadn't opened the package at all because I planned on returning it. As I no longer needed the items. Which included railing plant holders. Each costing $17.99 + tax. So times that by 3 you get $53.97 with tax $57.21. I called an was on hold for 50 minutes. I then was upset 50 minutes on hold is a long time. I then call back but click I want to place an order and I got someone immediately. They can answer if they think they will make money but won't answer if you want to return something. There return policy, is cut in dry you return within 30 days we will refund you, or if the product is defective. I get someone on the phone who takes my info to pull my order up ********************* ********** ************************************************************* She then informs me "Ma'am I would love to send you label but we no longer have contract with ****** So I keep getting error. You pay for shipping to return it and when we receive we can see if we can issues a refund but its not guaranteed". Ummm what??? I just received the package 5 days ago via ****** but you can't use ****** Make that make sense. I then said ******* can you please issue me a refund and send me a label. Your site clearly states you send return ***************** I would like a refund. She then replies "**'am I am so sorry but there is nothing I can do". BUT if I wanted to place an order you could do that though. I want my money back. And need your guys help please. This is on their website for returning items below copy & pasted.**************************************** If for any other reason, you are not completely satisfied with all or part of your order, simply contact us at ************** and we will arrange for a convenient, prepaid ***** return label to be sent to you. Then return the item to ** for a replacement, credit or refund on your invoice (shipping charges are not refundable).

      I somehow got enrolled in LSPerks. I was charged $14.95 per month. I called in mid April asking for a refund. Representative said on the phone that charges will be stopped and a refund will be issued. Future charges did stop, but then I did not hear anything. I emailed them on May 3 asking again for a refund. I was told customer volume was high and a refund would be issued. As of today I have received nothing. So beginning October 14, 2022 until March 13, I was charged $14.95 per month for a total of $119.60. I would like to have this money returned. . I received nothing for them taking it out of my account.
