      I started a promotion for plasma donation on July 2nd the girl that stuck the IV in my arm was having an issues and stuck me twice before calling somebody else to stick me in the same arm just in return to take the same needle they were using in my arm and transferred to my other arm which in return clogged the needle I was sent home that day that's fine I went back three days later the bruise on my arm was too great and I was told that I needed my plasma to heal also fine went back three days later bruise is still too dark another 3 days go by ***** is still too dark another 3 days go by still a little too dark going to days later the nurse who was originally seeing me referred me to somebody else because obviously she doesn't know what to say I was told that the doctor was there on Sundays and she would review my case and lift the band so that I could donate I'm having a hard time understanding how a doctor who's not going to physically see me can say that I no longer have a bruise but the two nurses who are physically looking at me can see that I don't have a bruise and I'm still unable to donate I feel like I'm being singled out and I'm not sure why this is not in my fault and nobody wants to fix the issue with the young girl who is untrained and who was clearly having an issue from the beginning. we recently had a bad storm on Tuesday and I was told today that the nurse didn't make it in on Sunday because of the storm I would like this problem rectified immediately or I will talk to him attorney

      I am writing due to dissatisfaction with an incident that occurred during my visit this morning, July 17, 2024, at your ****** location. My concerns primarily revolve around the handling of a situation by ***** (Office Manager) and the procedure for needle readjustment performed by two technicians.During my plasma donation, I encountered an issue with the placement of the needle. Regrettably, the technician attempted to readjust the needle in a manner that I found concerning. The technician proceeded to move the needle sideways and aggressively adjusted it back and forth, which caused discomfort and distress. This approach not only deviates from standard procedure but also induced physical discomfort, including sweating, overheating, and teary eyes.Upon bringing this matter to Manager ******* attention, I expected a professional response and reassurance that corrective measures would be taken. Instead, I was taken aback when ***** informed me that the technicians alleged I used inappropriate language during the procedure. I immediately requested evidence to substantiate these claims, which was not provided. This exchange only added to my distress during an already unsettling experience.As a concerned donor and in accordance with established guidelines, particularly those outlined by the Clinical and ****************************** (CLSI) regarding venipuncture standards, I must emphasize that blindly probing or relocating a needle sideways in the medial aspect of the antecubital area is unacceptable due to the risks involved with nerves and the brachial artery.I have always valued my experiences at BioLife and wish to continue donating plasma at your facility. However, I am disappointed by the lack of a direct apology for the distress caused and the apparent mishandling of the situation. I urge you to ensure that the technicians involved are retrained promptly on the appropriate procedures for needle relocation to prevent such incidents in the future.

      On 7/11/2024 I checked the biolife app that I have an account with because I donated plasma to biolife,I had donated once before a couple weeks ago, on 7/11/2024 before i left for the apointment the app said I would get 120$ for my 2cnd donation but it would expire on 7/14/2024 , I knew I had to go that day so my coupon would not expire. 20$ of the 120$ was an extra coupon I had received from them..I chose to go to ***** even though it is 1 hour there and 1 hour back because in ******* where I live they only offer 35$. So it is worth the drive. So I made an appointment for 6:05 pm at biolife and drove to ***** in the no air-conditioned car of 100 degree temp not to mention the traffic..so I donated got back to spokane close to 8pm, my gas light came on so I stopped to get gas checked the app and it said there was only 40$ ion the card. Then I checked the part where it said I'd get 120$ earlier that day but it had changed to 40$..it said I'd get 40$ today and another 40$ the next donation. I was livid.. I was very upset because I know what it said earlier that day..I would not of drove all that way for 40$ when I could make that much in *******. Because biolife was closed I could not call til 7/12/2024 so today 0n 7/12/2024 at 2 pm I called biolife and talked to the manager they had on site...she said there was nothing she could do about it or that she wanted to do about it without proof..of course I did not have a screenshot of the app where it said I'd get 120$.. who records every movement of there life to have proof?? That's stupid..the proof is I drove 2 hours in no air-conditioned car in 100 degree temp.. that is the proof..I am not a crazy person.. I am a licensed CNA that works very hard..I am not a criminal or a scam artist .. now I do believe this is false advertisement..perhaps a glitch with there app that they should have fixed..all I want is the 80$ they owe me and I'll never step foot in there facility again. I promise you that..I'm so upset with them.

      July 11 I went to BioLife for the first time since September 2023. The last time I was at BioLife one of the employees ruptured my vein and caused a bubble in my arm. It popped blood all over. Had to go to the hospital. I did not return to BioLife until July 11 for promotion of $700 for return donors I return only to find out that its way less money than what the employee told me there was nothing to compensate me for what Ive been told by an employee so I proceed with the donation when I was sat in the chair to donate, the employee stuck the needle through my vein and caused my pain to rupture and cause of huge bruise throughout my arm and excessive bleeding the bleeding didnt stop until today and I had to go to the hospital 12th speaking explanation. The people have BioLife, but I spoke with the manager and he was extremely rude to me and I only got paid $20 for an injury caused by BioLife Im seeking 700 dollars and for them to discard all my information

      I have been having several problems with this particular location. Which I can only assume is personal at this point. They have done everything they can to try to defer me or make me ineligible. With no warrant behind it. There is nothing physically wrong with me or my health. I use to always go on a regular schedule of Monday and Wednesday. Which they went out of there way to sabotage. They deferred me claiming my heart rate was too high. Which is impossible because I take medication for that. An they know this. Then I started going Tuesday and Thursday cause I had to because of the defer. An now after last week when I tried to schedule for the following Tuesday. It says I'm ineligible and I was not contacted or told why. They simply keep doing this with no valid reason. An they are being extremely unprofessional and I am considering legal action for discrimination. I would like some professional accountability for the unacceptable treatment. I receive on behalf of this location and staff.

      I believe a month of donating Im targeted for different reasons to prevent me from donating. It takes three weeks to clear me to donate again. And the cycle begins again to defer me always for different reasons. This most recent was made clear it was because of my age.

      I first attempted to donate at the biolife plasma center located in *********** ****** I was just coming from having a miscarriage so my blood count was low I then moved back to ***** ******** and at the location and ***** ******** I was told to go to my doctor and get a *** full blood count letter explaining about my blood count I encountered a nurse who was Caucasian didn't seem to be too nice but I feel the letter out she made me go back to my doctor again to refill the letter out because apparently he missed one check box on there and when I came back with the letter fully filled out she began asking me about medicines and this that in the third and I asked her exactly why did I need to answer these questions I told her I wasn't on any medication which point she got an attitude wrote her eyes and then told me before I could donate that I needed a letter from a psychiatrist stating that I was able to donate because of PTSD which to my knowledge I don't believe that PTSD is transmittable through plasma so I feel like this is very race orientated and another barrier for me not to be able to donate and a misuse of power. But I believe that this came from an incident that I had over in ************** it seems that all of these donation centers do not want me to let me donate because I had a physical encounter at the plasma center located in ************** I want to say that it's biomat but that was yours and years ago the place was not even open but they all get hints regarding $5 in the incident had something to do with the girl trying to give a fraudulent $5 bill to a guy that I was with to attempt to buy a scratch off ticket and she knew it was fraudulent it basically created a physical encounter and they were white we were black sounds hard to believe but all of these plasma centers seem to be connected with that

      This business is either doing something theyre not supposed to or they just simply are discriminating me. EVERY SINGLE TIME I go for my appointment, which believe at this point today was my attempt #7 and each time they have a different excuse as to why i cant donate blood. They either send me away because they dont wanna take more people for the day, they cant find my veins OR today WHICH TOOK THE ***** YOU MUST HAVE DOCS BROUGHT FROM DOCTOR ABOUT YOUR APPENDIX REMOVAL IN **** from the year 2010( iraq hospitals dont hold records..be for real!!!) she goes okay then you cant donate. ..after you guys gave me an extra donation come back slip yesterday because yall wanted to go home. I AM FURIOUS OF ALL THE ***** GAS AND ENERGY I HAVE SPENT TRYING TO GIVE THIS BUSINESS CHANCE AFTER ******. Whats really happening because im not the only one sent away..i see patient after patient. As a matter of fact, during my physical today the manager with blue hair rudely walked in and asked ************ to call anyone scheduled after 3:50pm and tell them they need to reschedule, the nurse responded: im in a middle of a physical cant you have ****** do it? Managers goes "okay and shuts door" WASTING MY TIME!!!!!!! I hate this place with a passion

      5/30/24, by husband, *********************, went into the Biolife location in *****, **, and was called a liar and that he could not be trusted. NOT acceptable Early, April, he went in to donate plasma and was asked if he had a new tattoo, he answered yes, and he was questioned as to long ago was it and was told he had to wait until 5/30 and then he could come back. So, on the 30th, he went back to schedule an appt, and that's when he was told he could no longer donate. WHY didn't they tell him back in the beginning of April? After he was told he could no longer donate at any location, he questioned as to why, and was told he was a liar and that he could not be trusted anymore and he caused alot of problems with the plasma he had previously donated 2 months ago.5/30, I called the office to speak with a manager, ****, and was told he was not in I asked them to have him call me., 5/31, no call back, I left several messages on the recording, but no luck.I do NOT appreciate the way ********************* was treated nor the lack of respect for a return call
