I had Parisi Paving tear out and replace an older driveway the first week of May 2023. When I got home from work, I noticed long, tan streaks over much of the driveway. I thought it was just mud that would wash off. For seven days after the driveway was installed, we parked on the street and in the neighbors driveway. When the mud did not clean off, I contacted Parisi. ***** Parisi and his son came out. He said it was mud that would wash off when we got more rain and offered to seal the driveway in fall for free. It never got better; it got worse. Now, the entire driveway is covered in huge tan marks. A contractor of a friend came out and looked at it and said the asphalt wasnt hot enough and that the asphalt is not correctly installed. He said it needs to be redone. He said the streaks are from a very filthy or ***********************, and it would not come off. Also, there are now two sunken spots where water stands. Im concerned of further damage if that standing water freezes in the winter as well as being dangerous. I have called Parisi three times and sent five emails, including many photos, with no response at all. I have all the documentation. I have many more photos but keep getting a message they are too big to attach. An FYI. My adult son, *************************, lives with me and was home when the driveway was done. He paid the bill in full when they finished.Business response

To Whom It May **************** am happy to inform the BBB that we talked with the client last week and came up with a mutually agreeable plan to rectify the situation. The agreeable plan was to repair the pavement's low spot (which was been completed today) and we have a plan to seal the pavement in spring of **** once the weather and Mother Nature allows. Our customer, ***************************, understands that the sealcoat season typically begins in late May/ early June once the weather and outside temperature allows. ******** will let us know when she is ready for the sealing after the trees are done dropping their seedlings in spring. We agree to that plan and we look forward to getting the sealcoating completed.
To show good faith and a commitment to our customer we are actually going to provide ******** with her second coat of sealer free of charge.
We are sincerely very happy that we were able to get the issue resolved with our customer. We appreciate our customers and we look forward to keeping ******** our customer forever!

Last summer I had our house resided and a couple of weeks later I had Parisi paving come and re pave my drive(they werent the cheapest but I was told they were the best) so I hired them I expressed concern to the ******* about the new siding ., he said not worry we will repair if we damage!!!Unfortunately they damaged the bottom trim.I have been in contact with ******* (Imron) and have asked him when he would be sending out a repairman. I have been told when weather breaks?I have not been contacted about any date, Im the one who keeps calling, seems like Im being put off. All Im asking for is for them to honor what they said they would do. Please do the right thing and repair my siding. Thank you for your time!!!!! Marc *Business response

It's important you know that your concern is important to us as we appreciate you being our customer. You have not been forgotten. We are currently in our off season. I am going to have a ********* come out and look at the siding with the plan to fix the bottom piece of siding. I believe Imran has communicated with you that this was not something that could be addressed until the weather became conducive for outside carpentry work which would likely be in May. I thought Imran had been communicating with you regularly through our off season when you reached out to him. Again, if there were any lags in communication it was solely due to being in our off season and the guys are not in the office. Anyway, I sincerely apologize. I will reach out to ****** today personally and see if I can get an idea of his availability. Our office will follow up with you as soon as we can provide you with an update. Thank you for your patience and we'll talk with you soon.

Last summer I had my house resided right after that I had my driveway done.I expressed my concern to the ******* that the siding was new so please be careful. After all was said and done they crew damaged the bottom track of my siding. After I noticed it was in contact with the *******(imron) he said he would get his handyman out, but he said he was too busy. He told me to get some one to repair it unfortunately no one would come , too small of a job.. imron said he would give us 200$ ., which I believe would not be enough to have it repaired . I have contacted Imron but I feel hes been putting me off.All I want is the siding to be repaired.Thank you for your time any questions please callBusiness response

I responded to the inquiry when I received it back on April 6th. We also talked with the customer and our repair man has been in contact with the customer. I received an email from the ******************** on April 15th saying the complaint was closed as answered.
After talking with customer (who is happy) it seems he does not have email so I assume the initial inquiry to BBB was through a third party. Anyway, this has been addressed and is in the process of being resolved. I'm not sure why I'm getting another email reminder from the BBB? We take great pride with our excellent reputation with our customers. I'm hoping this was just an automation error. I will try to contact the BBB tomorrow (Monday- 4/18/22) to resolve. Or please email me back to let me know this has been resolved.
