This business is absolutely unprofessional with very poor work quality. We needed our concrete driveway and large parking area sealed. The owner of the company came to our home for a quote and advised us that all of the concrete joint cracks should be filled before the concrete sealing was done. He assured us the caulk would go only in the cracks and would be barely visible. We were cautious because we have decorative acid stained concrete. He required a $3,000 down payment to initiate the work which was to reflect half of the total cost. His stepson and a friend came to our home to seal the cracks and made a MESS of it. There was caulk spilled all over the concrete and outside of the joint cracks. Cigarette butts were left everywhere. In response to our complaint, the owner came out, agreed it was sloppy, he apologized, and he said he would fixt it himself. Instead, he sent the young men back again who proceeded to make an even bigger mess with caulk and did a horrible job on the sealing part of the project. Some areas were left cloudy with too much sealant while other areas were missed entirely. Within a month, it was obvious the caulk they used in the cracks was failing. Whole large stretches were cracked apart and definitely not water-tight as intended. I notified the owner and sent pictures. He refused to rectify the situation or to refund my money. Now, 4 months later and heading into Winter, the cracks continue to worsen. They are not sealed AT ALL. Even worse, the owner has refused to respond to phone calls or texts and won't refund any money. Thus, we are out $3,000, we got absolutely no value for our money, the decorative concrete looks horrible and is unfixable, and we need to somehow scrape all of the failing caulk out of the cracks and hire someone else to seal the cracks correctly. We are completely dissatisfied. It will take far more than $3,000 to undo their poor work and then have it re-done. Abysmal work quality.
