I informed Lorlyn of Batavia Apartment that I will be relocating and will not be renewing my lease. I cleaned the apartment and took a video but my video kept going out. I put the keys in the box. I spoke to ***** and she told me everything was fine and she will be sending me a letter. She sent me a letter stating that photos were taken but there were no photos included. She stated that window screen was torn which they did because squirrels were getting through me screen and maintenance came and damaged my screen which I reported this. Also it states that there were hard water stains in the bathtub which is not true and even it were how am I responsible for hard water stains in a bathroom. Which I also cleaned. She said it will cost me $45 to clean the water stains. I was also told that I left crumbs in the draws which is not true because I vacuumed all the draws out $75. They state the blinds had yellow and black stains on them which is $65 to replace and I never touched the blinds because the balcony is not safe to go out there. ******* cabinets under the sink had white powder food crumbs inside $55. I don't see any pictures of this or receipts. I called and ***** told me there was nothing she could do and I could *********************** which I did. ********* was very rude and ***** and told me she is not refunding me anything and to take them to court. I never was late on my rent and feel they are doing this because I relocated and they feel there is nothing I can do anyway. Show me my damage. I took some pictures but some did not turn out. I want to see these pictures and receipts.Initial Complaint

Starting on or around 7/26/2021 Lorlyn apartments office is no longer accepting **** packages to their office. Instead the mail carriers are leaving slips to pick packages up at the post office. There was no notice given to the residents by office staff. The resident handbook states the management office is happy to accept all **** federal express, or u.s postal deliveries I would like them to be more transparent and follow their own handbook.
