      Worst insurance company to ever get! They will scam you out of your money if you let them! Tried to make me pay for a month that I didnt have insurance, then turned around and said it was for adding another driver! I paid to add the driver when I did the insurance! The woman I spoke with was rude and condescending! She didnt help at all and laughed and mocked me about the month I did not pay! DONT GET THIS INSURANCE! Its not worth it at all!

      Does not return calls to neither myself, nor my insurance agency regarding an auto accident. Their customer hit our vehicle, we have a police report and they have not returned anyone's calls as of yet. Every time you call it says the estimated call back time is 2 business days... it's been nearly two weeks. Have filed a complaint with the state of ******** insurance commissioner.

      Will not answer calls or return them. Their driver hit my 2012 ******* **** from ********************************* in *********, **, has been calling and waiting for approval on supplemental repairs. They have not even begun to repair my vehicle. My vehicle has been in the shop since August 7th, 2023. They have not returned the repair shop calls or even pick up the phone. They won't pick up when I call either. I've been stuck without a vehicle for months. The repair shop has been charging them storage fees since August 7th while they wait. I had liability only at the time. They were also suppose to replace the car seats that my children were in as they were in the vehicle at the time of the accident, but instead they sent a small check that didn't cover either car seats. Per manufacturer and law the car seats cannot be reusable. They are suppose to replace the same car seats. We sent them the serial numbers and model numbers. ******* with ***** Ranger MGA an affiliation company with this insurance is the one working my case.

      If I could give this place 0 stars I would this is the worst insurance company I ever had I wouldnt recommend them to anybody. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Then they dont return your call until the the next day after I called several times early in the morning.

      I have been attempting to work through a claim with them through their insured for over a month. The line of communication with this company is near to impossible. I genuinely feel sorry for anyone trying to get anything insured through this insurance company. Their insured cause an accident that they have now delayed claims for all three people involved for way too long. It is completely unfair and Ive never experienced this with any other company in my life.

      These people are horrible to work with. Won't uphold a claim that was clearly not my fault. Even the police report shows it! They are the insurance company of the person that hit me.

      The loss was reported by the Insurance Carrier for the Complainant. It should be noted that the driver of the Insured vehicle at the time of the loss was Unlisted and is not on the Insureds Policy. The Company attempted to reach the Insured concerning the Unlisted driver on multiple occasions, all attempts were unsuccessful. The Company also sent letters to the Insured concerning their Policy Conditions of cooperating with the Company concerning the loss. The Company denied the loss for the Insured failing to adhere to their Policy Conditions. At this time, the Insured has not cooperated with contacting the Company, however, should they contact the Company the claim will be reopened and Coverage will need to be addressed.

      This company has been a nightmare to work with. They have outright refused to provide me with a rental car billed to them upfront despite their client hitting my car. The police report and adjuster clearly state that their client was at fault. We have now been without a car for 8+ days due to this insurance company. They want us to pay $35/day with the possibility of reimbursement. At this point we are reviewing our legal options moving forward.We even had to have our OWN insurance agent get on the phone with this company and she was still unable to get anywhere. Avoid this company at all costs!

      The Complainant called in the loss on 12/02/2021, concerning an accident that occurred on 11/25/2021. The Company made an assignment of inspection with an Independent Appraisal Company on the same day and the Complainant was advised of the rental process as well. The Company spoke with the Insured and the Complainant on 12/07/2021 and was able to gather the facts of loss. The Complainant estimate was received as well. The Company spoke with the Complainant on 12/08/2021, addressed the estimate and the supplemental procedures and the settlement check was issued out to the Complainant on the same day.The Company feels that the claim has been handled extremely timely considering the loss was called into the Company on 12/02/2021 and the Complainant claim has already been resolved in 6 days.
