I will explain my situation a little. In April, as a result of the incident involving a "mystery trendy fun box", my fiance ****** sustained a severed medial nerve in his left wrist requiring carpal tunnel release so that they could repair and reattach his nerve. He also is required to do physio therapy that is needed in near future. This has unfortunately led to reduced grip strength, significant constant pain, and inability to work. This has also caused numbness, tingling and loss of sensation in 3 of his fingers that has affected his ability to feel textures, grip objects securely, and perform delicate tasks which in turn is both life and career changing for my fiance.Additionally, he has lost about $12,000-$18,000 in wages due to his inability to work as a roofer for the past 3 months and expect to be out for at least another 3-6 months. Considering these factors, I believe that my proposed compensation range of $24,000-$48,000 is fair but the company denied my claim after i sent all supporting documents and such. And now they refuse to respond and give me an explanation as to why they declined my claimInitial Complaint

My grand-daughter purchased a surprise box from ******* in mid-November. It contained a Super Squishy Blob Ball! She and my great grand daughter (age 4) were visiting, and grand daughter was absent mindedly squishing the ball as we talked. All of the sudden, the ball popped, squirting liquid that resembled Elmer's **** all over her arm, the side of her top, and her pant leg. Had my great grand daughter been playing with it, it could have popped and gotten this liquid in her face. I didn't report this as health problem, as the tag says it's non-toxic. Still and all, a squishy ball was meant to be squeezed, and no one needs to end up wearing it. Getting mystery liquid in one's eyes would not be very good either. My concern is this ball should be recalled. But I strongly felt it should be reported. I called Grin Studios on 11-18-21 and explained the situation. The girl I spoke with apologized and said the said the man who would take care of things like this would be in the office next week, and she would be sure he would get the message to return my call. She said perhaps they could send my great grand daughter another toy of equal value to replace this one. They took my name: ***************************************, and my cell #************. As of today 01-10-2022 I have heard no response. I would like someone to investigate this incident to make sure it is safe for children to play with.
