    Went to play laser tag and ride go carts on Saturday February 4th 2023 with my friends. While on the go carts I got hit 2 times in the back and ended up with bruises from my legs hitting the front of the cart and a bruised tailbone. I was told they would contact me about a refund on Monday February 6th. I haven't received any call or email. This could've been a little kid.

    My wife and I saw Furiosa tonight at a ************** screen, and the experience was so disappointing I would almost suspect someone had it out for us. The volume was so high it was difficult to make out dialog, the screen projection flickered throughout, the server call button apparently didn't work, and the theater was uncomfortably humid (which was not due to overstressing the system, we were the only people in there and the building was generally not busy, nor was it due to weather). And this is to say nothing of the food service! Mediocre portions for the price, the server forgot half of our requests including a simple drink refill that never came, both of our sodas were flat and so warm that the ice melted in minutes, and they have no other ice cream flavors besides vanilla, which they ran out of (really, don't call yourselves a bistro if you can't even stock vanilla AND chocolate) making our desired dessert impossible. They also brought no menus to order from at first and then no light with which to see them, really basic stuff here. And to cap off a thoroughly unpleasant evening, the entrance where the handicapped parking is located was closed by the time the evening movie ended, forcing us to take a different exit so far away that we might as well have parked at the back quarter of the lot.The experience was so unpleasant and such a waste of our limited entertainment opportunities that my wife was brought to tears by the end of it. YOU MADE MY WIFE CRY. I'm making this complaint everywhere I can think of and directly to the Edge's management, and I *never* write online reviews -- unless a business makes a spectacular impression, for better or worse. I wish I could give this place a negative rating.
