I am disabled and receive disability benefits that helps paying rent and some monthly bills. But it was not enough to survive thru an entire month. I signed up with this company thru the ticket to work program so I would not lose my disability payment. They completely failed and neglected the duties of which they are supposed to do. Now my benefit is suspened due to making to much income in violation of my disability payment. I will not be able to pay rent and will be evicted and then homeless with disabilities. After several emails to them, no response ever came. This company needs to be dropped from the ticket to work as this could happen to other disability recipients who are trying to do the right thing, making some extra money to survive!!!

SAME answer to all complaints: "Allsup is committed to providing superior customer service, we take the rare customer..." I am NOT YOU CUSTOMER. But that hasn't stopped the scammers at Allsup from illegally ROBOCALLING my cellphone, pretending to be the Ticket to Work program, working for the SSA. They were NOT hired by the SSA, or the IRS. They work for big co's who are forced to pay LTD to try to talk you into applying for SSA, then opening an account that only Allsup has access to, then siphoning all both your LTD and SSDI/SSI funds to themselves, your former employer. These people are immoral, liars, who should be put out of business. They have ROBOCALLED my ltd. minutes ***** phone at least 40 times. 40! You are nasty human beings. "We’re sorry this customer is unhappy with the services received from Allsup..." copy paste. I am NOT your customer. Neither are the thousands of complaints listed all over the Internet. Allsup ROBOCALLS from: ************* ************* ************* ************* ************  View any website with SCAMMERS, violating the National Do Not Call List, you'll see one of Allsup's #'s on them. "Hello, are you currently working or interested in going back to work? We can help you earn as much money as you want now and save your social Security Disability benefits until you need them..." "Social Security hired us to help you return to full-time work when you are ready..." Lies, lies, scams, more lies. Taking advantage of innocent Americans, oddly by a US-started company, allowed to create thousands of victims. I'm not even going to tell you to stop calling my phone. I'm just going to sue you. Allsup: "rare complaints," "due to the pandemic," "excellent customer service," "opportunity to respond," broken record. I am NOT your customer. You have ZERO business calling me. ROBOCALLS ARE ILLEGAL IN EVERY STATE IN THE UNITED STATES - NOT JUST MY PHONE. See you in court. Us DISABLED you never helped have lots of time to fight scum like Allsup.

Allsup contacted me regarding their disabilty ticket to work program. I was told that I would be able to work a certain amount of months with no penalty to my disabilty benifits. I was told to send in all my check stubs to Allsup and they would send it to Social security. I turned in all my pay stubs on time and did everything that Allsup asked me to do. Now Social Security is saying I have an overpayment of 14,000 that I have to pay back. The only reason I went back to work is because this program said they could help me. They didn't help me find a job like they said they would. I did that part on my own. Now they're saying they can't help me with communicating with social security to resolve my issue. Even though all this was done through their company. Every time social security sends me info in the mail allsup ask for me to fax it to them. Which cost me money to do. And the only response I get is them basically telling me what the paper states. The professionalism is terrible. I honestly don't see where they have been a help to me at all. Allsup reached out to me. I did everything that was required of me. I see no reason why I should be put in the situation I am in now and basically left high and dry

Allsup Employment Services appreciates the opportunity to respond to the individual’s complaint. Our team of experts has thoroughly reviewed the information in this case and have been in contact with the beneficiary to address his concerns.

To clarify some information, the customer reported to us that he previously had work earnings before our Ticket assignment date and had a previous overpayment situation with the SSA.

An AES case manager has contacted the customer and explained that since he was in the Expedited Reinstatement phase of the program (EXR) this means AES can no longer retain his Ticket. To assist him, we have provided information on payment arrangement options for his overpayment issue with the federal agency, and contact information to reach someone at his local SSA office, as well as our case manager’s contact information if he should have any other concerns or questions. The individual seemed satisfied with this course of action.

I signed up for the Ticket to Work program with Allsup. When I called in they explained the services they would provide. They told me they would pull my social security information a and let me know how a month I could earn without jeopardizing my benefits and get an update on my return to work 9 month incentive. They required me to sign multiple releases to obtain this information and even sent me an additional release. I was assigned a case manager ***** **** and I keep asking her the same questions. She now told me I should request the information from Social Security on my own. Allsup has never requested my social security information and she cant answer my questions. I called in and asked to speak with her supervisor and the supervisor refused to take my call. I am asking to have my case reassigned to someone who will actually work on it and get the information I have been waiting months to receive.

      Re: BBB Complaint No. ********

      Dear Sir or Madam:
Allsup is committed to providing superior customer service and we take the rare customer
complaint very seriously. In 37 years of business, our organization and its subsidiaries, including
Allsup Employment Services (AES), have provided disability services for thousands of
customers who, with our help, have successfully accessed their benefits.

Allsup Employment Services appreciates the opportunity to respond to the individual’s complaint. Our team of experts has thoroughly reviewed the information in this case and have been in contact with the beneficiary to address their concerns.

We’re sorry that there was miscommunication in the process of assisting and supporting this customer, and we have incorporated their feedback and made specific revisions to our procedures to address these issues.

To clarify a couple of items, an AES case manager did explain that our team made an effort to retrieve information from the Social Security Administration. When AES is unable to obtain the details from the SSA, we sometimes recommend that beneficiaries reach out directly to the SSA in order to get the requested information more quickly.

Specific to questions about earnings, an AES case manager made several attempts to reach the beneficiary and left a voicemail on Sept. 1, 2021 attempting to clarify the trial work usage/ trial work threshold. If the customer can advise on their preferred method of communication, this may be helpful.

We also have taken steps to provide this customer with a new case manager to support them with their progress through the Ticket to Work program. Members of our team have worked to address these concerns, and the individual appears satisfied with our response. We hope that in taking these steps, we have adequately addressed the concerns outlined in the complaint.

Thank you for the opportunity to respond, and we are available to answer additional questions.

      Respectfully,
      ***** *********
