Used Thebeau Outdoor Services for the 2nd time in 8 months. **** and his crew did a great job again. **** listens to what you need done and has you watch and provide comments regarding what has been trimmed and what else needs to be done. He provides his expertise to make sure you are satisfied and meets your requirements. **** makes sure there is no damage to your lawn by using pads and his crew does a great job cleaning up. There was nothing left to be cleaned up after they finished. The price is fair. I highly recommend them and will use them again when needed.

**** and crew (THEBEAU OUTDOOR SERVICES) arrived at my ****************, ** home at 8:55 this morning (Thursday, 6/23) and finished cutting lower limb and safely moved upper limb to ground by 9:35 a.m.. VERY PLEASED with work! Good communication between **** and his 2 workers, safely moved limb to ground even though gas meter and brand new AC unit near area. Would recommend this company for any tree/limb work.Companies that did not return phone calls and or emails will be receiving a letter from me voicing my disappointment in their business practices. I realize all tree companies are super booked after last Friday's storm, but how long does a phone call take????!!!!

I highly recommend Thebeau Outdoor Services. We had 2 trees cut down and **** scheduled them 2 weeks after receiving the bid. He keep us informed about when they could cut them down based on the weather. He was a great communicator and kept us up to date on the schedule. He made sure their equipment did not leave any ruts or damage to our yard. They were very professional and the crew was great. We had no clean up to do after they left. We have 2 trees that will need to be trimmed and will call them again. I rate them as a 5+.
