      Metro Shooting Supplies sold a firearm for me on consignment. On 2/29 ***************************** (manager) told me the firearm sold and the check will be cut on 3/5. On 3/16 I have not received the check and called the store. The owner told me the check was cut but possibly mailed late in the week. On 3/23 I have still not received the check, I called the store and left a message for the owner to call me, the owner never returned the call. As of today 3/26 I don't have a check that was supposedly cut on 3/5. After reviewing BBB and ****** complaints it is obvious this business is floating customers money, not being truthful about when checks are cut if cut at all.

      Attached above is picture of check processed on 3/7 & letter that store owner, *******************, had to write because the customer put a complaint into ************************** Sometimes I don't receive the proof of consignment sales until day or day after check should have been processed, so may take an extra day or two before it's processed, but it does get mailed by end of the week. The above named customer hasn't displayed any patience in this matter and has constantly called to ask about his check. Once checks are mailed, we don't have control over how long it takes to get delivered. Thank you.

      The customer is an impatient person that doesnt understand the difficulties the United ********************* is having right now processing mail.  He has been out of the workforce since before ***** and thinks the world should ask how high when he commands them to jump.  This person is so unreasonable and selfish that he can not understand that once the letter is put in the mail no one has any control as to when he will receive it. 
      he needs a good ****** in patience and understanding and needs to try to stop bullying everyone around him. It is not a good look for him and he doesnt do it very well. 
      he will get his letter when it is delivered and not one single day before. 
      Grow up **** and stop whining!

      I was denied a gun because some how I am considered still on bond even though I am not on bond. I know it is not they fault but was told would get refund on 5th it is the 17th and still no refund I see all complaints they say was mailed but everyone can't be making it up if all saying same thing about how long refunds take. They tell you they will do something on one date and never is done. They lie and say it's was mailed out on a date they know wasn't. Don't take 12 days from Belleville, I can walk faster. I know they will make up some lie like everyone else that complain about how long this take to get a check so, I'm ready to hear the lie they give me about why I haven't get mine and how it was mailed on 5th I have to wait mail just slow or whatever seen all they lies they tell others. I mailed a letter to a family member Wednesday to see how long take for him to get it and he got it Friday 2 days later so don't want to hear it's the mail it ain't. Either get me my check or I will sue don't have time for the games this company plays.

      It is explained to all customers that refund checks are processed on the 5th and 20th of the month. Even though the check is processed on that day doesn't mean it's mailed same day. It's mailed by the end of the week. There was a check processed on the 5th for this customer and it was mailed that week. Copy of refund receipt and check attached. Thank you.

      Even if was mailed that week I should have by now been 2 weeks and **** ******** is no longer my address has my new address on form why I haven't got it if mailed to that address. My address **** ********* ** ********** ** ***** it is on form where to .ail check to and on license they got when tried to buy

      I purchased a firearm from Metro. I paid in full for the shotgun. I returned a day later to get a refund from the purchase. I was informed about the restocking fee on all items returns. I purchased this item on October 14, 2021. I was told by the manager that the refund would come to my address in the form of a paper check. I agreed with the process. I called the store on 11/22/2021 and was told that the check was in the mail. I waited a few more days and no check yet. I called back on November 2, 2021 and was told to wait as the Post Office is behind. I haven't heard anything as of yet.

      A refund check was processed for customer on 10/20/2021. The customer received the check and it was cleared through company account on 11/23/2021. Sending proof of refund receipt, check stub, and proof of endorsed check clearing bank account from company's bank website. Thank you very much.
