I bought a used Whirlpool washer from Reconditioned Appliances in ******* ** on Sep 15, 2022, and paid cash. I had to pay an additional $100 for delivery and connecting it up.They took my Maytag washer with them. Delivered it Sep 16. I immediately started a load and mopped up water on the garage floor. Came back into house and water flooded my laundry and kitchen room floors. Called and they were telling him to come back. I proceeded to mop. Two hours later no one showed. I was on my 4th bucket of water. I called again and was told they sent him to ********** ** first. Referred me to their maintenance man and he was sending out one of his maintenance people. Ninety minutes later no one showed. Finally the original delivery man came. He had not inserted the drain pipe far enough into the drain hole. I told him I thought I should be compensated. He said there was nothing wrong with my floor; have a good day and left. Once the washer finished I put the clothes in my dryer. My laundry room got hotter than **** and lint flying all over. When he pushed my dryer back in place after bringing in my washer, he didnt check to make sure the dryer was properly vented again. I called again.Told he was not supposed to move the dryer just install the washer. I explained he had to push aside the dryer because the room is long but narrow. Also I was not getting cold water from the washer; only hot water. She informed me that if she sent someone out here again and it was something I could have fixed, I would be charged $75. My neighbor came over to help. He discovered the hot water hose was hooked to the cold water connection and vice versa. Dryer hose not put back into vent. He rectified everything. Went back Sep 30 to ask for compensation since I paid neighbor $80 to correct everything and was told I was mad because the delivery man was black. She then called the police on me.

This is one of the best appliance stores I ever shopped in I bought my ******* Hub through ***** I never had a problem the employee are great I will shop there again

They are the biggest fraud and cheaters, stay away from them don't spend your time and money there, There is a lot of other companies and stores that you can get the better service as well as better quality appliance you will regret for your lifetime I bought the new washer they charged my card for the new washer price and send me the exact used one, try to cheat me by sending the old and used washer, when I called the company they were so rude do not wanna talk to me and hang up the phone on me because they sold the new one to somebody else and sent me the exact old one When I told them this is the fraud their answer was ,oh it was the mistake you can come again and pick something else, (No sorry,not any apology, act like nothing wrong happened)Long story short they do not dam care about their customers very unprofessional and rude attitude Just take your money and treat you like a **** I found them fraud ,cheaters ,very shady and ****** Business
