*** Technologys is contracted by lowes to do appliance repair under ther protection plan. A technician came out to troubleshoot my refrigerator that was 13 months old. He told me he had to order parts and it would be 5 to 7 business days to get parts. I tried repeatedly to contact them for an update but no one answered the phone. It went to a voice mail that was full. After 18 days since the technician was there I gave up and called lowes corporate and they refunded my money. As a sub-contractor under a ****** Protection plan, *** sent a technician to repair a ******* washer. After four month and dozens of calls and 4 service calls, it still isn't fixed. Each time they state that parts have to be ordered.NEC Technology Installation & Repairs Response

Sorry ma'am about the time frame. We can only be held accountable for once we have the parts in hand... Your parts have not been ones that we can easily get and the one that was sent it was malfunctioning. we only do quality work so we would never have tried to make it work and leave you with a unit that was not safe. your parts have been reordered and we will contact you soon as they arrive. thanksReview from Greg C

Worst company ever. They don't respond to phone messages or emails. Got a hold of one of the females in office said she would call me back after she spoke to assurant regional manager, never did call me back. Sent an email, still no response. Assurant sent an email with a ************* and of course their excuse is they don't have access to our schedule. We'll, maybe you shouldn't be in business with the number if complaints you have!!!!NEC Technology Installation & Repairs Response

***** am sure if someone told you they had to contact the regional manager your ticket was handled that that level. email is the fasted way to get a responds. as for you comment about complaints, we service 10K customers a year and have been in business for 13 years. I think aside from a hiccup that more then likely was a communication error between the warranty company I'll take 10 complaint in the last 5 years... if there is something you would like us to handle for you please feel free to send us a email as stated on the voicemail it is the fastest to get a respondsReview from Mary Ann W

*** has been to my home frequently since 2020 on a ******* fridge, they have always been very nice and professional. My purchase was through ********** and I added the 5 year extended warranty which was with Asurion, the only ones I have had a problem with are *******, ********** and Asurion. I spoke with ********** again today who transferred me the Asurion and I asked for an e-mail to confirm the conversation with them, I was told it would arrive within an hour, this call started at 5:21 am to a young gentleman named **** who finally got me connected to **** at Asurion at 6:07 am and that call ended at 6:24 and it is now 8:17 am and so far I have not gotten an e-mail. I did send an e-mail to *** to tell them about the conversation and they replied very quickly by e-mail and are going to be calling me back this morning. Put the blame where is lies, PRODUCT YOU BUY, WHERE YOU BUY AND HOME WARRANTY COMPANY.NEC Technology Installation & Repairs Response

Lowes referred me to *** for a warranty repair. Made an appointment and they never showed up or called. Dont waste your time waiting around for this company. I agree with the other review, one star is too high.Review from Tina V

One star is far too good. It should be 0. We had to use this company because we had a warranty. The range broke 9/21. *** came out and supposedly ordered a part. A couple weeks go by and I am trying to contact them by phone and email. At first they responded and then no communications. I was able to get the office girl to give me a part # around 10/17. She said it is still shipping. Seriously!! Since this point I could not get them to respond by phone or email. I finally contacted where we purchased the appliance and they would reach out to *** and say it is shipping. I told them my husband looked it up and can get the part in two days. My husband finally ordered the part himself the first week of November and that part arrived in two days. However that part was not the answer. He ordered another part and received it in another two days. Installed the part and the range is working. It took my husband one week to get two parts, install the parts and have the range working. We have been waiting from Sept to November and finally had to do it ourselves and void the warranty which isn't worth two cents anyway. Still have not heard from *** to this date. Glad my husband fixed it. No more warranties if this is the company they use.**********Review from Josh K

This company is unresponsive to say the least. After days of calling a phone number that is never answered and has a full mailbox, I walked to the physical location of the business on East Main in ********** ********** was meet with distain, confusion, apathy, drama, excuses, demonstrations of what their "working" phone but no apologies, no concern, no attempts to resolve the issue.After being told that it was my fault for not emailing them, the manager walked away from me back to her office.I said "don't walk away from me"; to which she promptly told me to leave her establishment.NEC Technology Installation & Repairs Response

Sir that is a place of business I am the owner, I have reviewed the camera footage and your behavior toward the women of my office staff will not be tolerated. We have many means of communication (ie phone, email, text and a website that send the massages directly to me and they get forwarded to the correct person. This is clearly stated on the voicemail. As we are on the phones with the warranty companies 75% of the time. But with your behave in my office I refused your service. You can gladly call ******* and have them assign a different company.Review from Chris N

Can I give a 0 star ? The first gentleman that came out was professional and kind. He diagnosed our issues quickly and walked us through the whole process. The gentleman who came out afterwards to "fix our issues" came out, was very rude, cut himself on our dryer (which wasnt the issue) . He then proceeded to say I could have bled all over your floor, towels, and dryer and instead of saying yea, I did that and taking responsibility, talked with his supervisor and blamed me. I proceeded to call the company out of concern, and was told I was the issue and that they would monitor the situation and pull him out of concern for his safety in my residence. The biggest load of ** ever. I understand if his had was hurt, which is what they later came back and used as an excuse, but he didnt finish putting the dryer back together and didnt even plug it in so we could try and do laundry in the dryer that they were supposedly come out to fix. Take responsibilty for your actions. I hope the gentleman scheduled next week has more professionalism than this supposed supervisor...
