I received service on December 14th. My Insurance EOB states that the amount due is $20 but I was charged $35. I have called the office and requested a refund only to be told I should expect to receive a call back "shortly". I never hear back. I have also contacted insurance company and they tell me they also contacted the office. I want my money back and due to all of my wasted time regarding this issue I want to see evidence of a change in policy to make it possible to get such billing issues resolved without wasting hours of my time in the future.Business response

I've received my **** in the mail, but there's no way to pay or call and ask about any financial assistance other than to call the main office. I've tried calling multiple times, and at different times that they're open, over the last several weeks and not been able to get ahold of anyone and there's no way to even leave a voicemail. The last three times I tried calling it rang twice and then went silent as if the phone had been answered but when I spoke there was no response from the other end.There's a phone number on the bottom of the **** but once you call it they tell you they don't handle billing and you have to call the main number for the Dr. ************** working full time and other health issues I'm not able to drive 30 minutes one way to go in person and ask about financial assistance. The **** is over $930 after insurance! There's no way anyone is able to make that payment in one go. I just want to be able to get ahold of their billing department and have this settled, but there's no way for me to do that with how they have it set up currently.I also had to wait well over an hour past my appointment time to even get seen due to them being so behind on patients and that was after having to have my exams scheduled over a month after my consultation.Customer response
