On May 7th, I booked a balloon decorating service for June 26th with *********************** of tee tees party balloons and was promised to poles be decorated at a pavilion in sports family park in ofallon for $120. I cash apped her the deposit of $60 the day of the booking. On June 22nd *********************** requested the remaining $60 eventhough the party was on the 26th. I questioned why I must pay before hand and she stated she must be paid in full otherwise she'd refund me my deposit and no sevices would be provided. So I cash apped her the remaining $60 on good faith she would complete the services requested. The day of the party arrives and ****** messages me at 10:30 asking what time, I said 12 and she then said she would not be providing services in the rain and I could use her on another day. I explained this was for my daughter's birthday and if services can't be completed then I'd like a refund. She then refused a refund and just claimed to be giving me a credit. The party due to the rain was then moved to my home address and I messaged her requesting services to be performed at my address around 2 and there after has refused to call or message me back. I know have to wait for cash app to investigate if I can get my money back. So all I want is a refund for the services promised and not performed.
