****, I am writing this email because I am very dissatisfied on your pool installation process. When you first started digging the pool there were shipping delays with the actual pool kit which set the project back three days in addition to the previous Covid shipping delays. Then after a couple days into the dig the diggers equipment broke down which set us back another day and no other projects were being completed at the time. Then on the last day of the dig your diggers equipment broke down again and we had no idea how long that delay was going to affect us so I had to go and rent a bobcat at my own expense for $400 and receive no compensation. Then a sump pump was installed in my pool without me agreeing or signing off on and I realize we did speak about it before the dig and said it may be necessary if we found a lot of ground water during the dig process which we did not. Therefore the invoice you have for that I believe should be waived. Then this past Friday you were supposed to be at my house to remove the rest of your supplies and do a final check as well as meet with your guy who was going to seed and apply and erosion blanket on my front lawn and you did not show up. Not that if this was completed it would have solved my next issue which is it rained early Saturday morning and all washed down into my pool. Now the seating and erosion control blanket may not have solve the problem 100% however if the yard was properly graded to flow away from my pool and not directly down to the middle of it we would’ve had little to no issues. And during my cleaning process of the pool I have noticed that the pool walls are not flush with each other and the pool has been put into the ground completely unlevel and the front side of the pool that received the mud is actually lower than the backside of the pool not to mention from. Now my chlorinator doea not work i have warranty but my call and texts are goin unanswered.
