September 20, 2023 my father ************************* received a VA loan to purchase **********************************************************. Looking for guidance from our realtor thinking she had our best interest at heart. I asked my Realtor if I should have the home reinspected I was told no most people dont. I did not have the reinspect . After closing on the house shortly after I had a light fixture installed at which time I was informed my house was going to catch fire. The wiring was not done and approximately 90% of the things the homeowner was supposed to do did not do and signed off on them. At the time, I did not know that my realtor and the seller of the home worked together at ****** Realty.. After finding about the electricity, I had an inspector come back out again at which time he went over everything that was supposed to be fixed only to find most of it was not. My father was misled by ******************************* and ***********************. I was constantly being told by my realtor ******* that the work was being done only to find it was not done. Putting myself and my father at risk with the house being unsafe being lied to about it. My father received a VA loan to purchase this house, I will be contacting the VA as well, and that these two agents need to be held accountable for what they did not do. The gentleman who did the repairs showed up about a month or so after I purchased the home and he happened to be someone I knew at which time he had informed me that ************* Told him to just make it look like it was done. So I want to file a formal complaint and hold this company accountable and want people to know what they have done collectivelyBusiness response

Prior to closing on 9/20/23, ************** walked through the property and accepted it in its present condition. ************** was present during the Final Walk-Through and did not voice any complaints. A copy of the Final Walk-Through is attached hereto.
Since we have responded to the original complaint, ********************* has threatened us again, per the attached email. "Your lawyers will be no help whatsoever because you f****** lied." We are requesting that her slanderous, hostile threats come to an end.
