We worked on ******** *****' car on April 25, 2023.  She had a timing belt and tune up completed.  The vehicle still needed a head gasket to run properly.  The total bill was $805.70, of which she made a partial payment.  She stated that a friend would be paying the remaining balance and for the head gasket.  We did not replace or repair the head gasket because the remaining balance on the bill was never paid.  We reached out to ******** several times, with no answer and no return phone calls.  We also reached out to her friend that was going to pay the remaining balance with no response.  The car remained on our lot for 7 months and 15 days.  Due to no response from either ******** ***** or her friend we had the car towed off our lot.  If you need any further information regarding this matter, please let us know.  Thank you for your time.

I purchased a vehicle from this shop on 8/9/22 . On 8/10/22 the check engine light came on and informed me that the drivetrain had a malfunction and to drive moderately because car could not reach maximum drivetrain output . The dealership was notified and asked for a refund . Dealership refused a refund even though there policy states the vehicle should be free of defect in power train component for 15 days or 500 miles .

Customer ******* ****** purchased the **** *** ** from us on August 9th, 2022.  The following day, the customer called to inform us that the check engine light was displayed on the dashboard.  When a check engine light appears on a *** it displays as "malfunction on powertrain."  We asked that she bring the vehicle in immediately for our mechanics to diagnose and fix any issue.  The customer did bring the vehicle in for our inspection.  Upon diagnosis, it was determined that the check engine light was on due to a misfire for an injector.  We replaced the injector at no cost to the customer based on the warranty.  The injector is an external part of the engine.  The injector is not a part of the "power train component."  The issue has been resolved.

I brought my 2012 Ford Escape into this company because my service light was on. I paid them $400 to do the repairs. Less than a week later, it was doing the exact same issue but way worse. It also was leaking really bad which didn't happen before I took it there. I took it to another shop who said it looks like the tech had to puncture something which caused the leak. Now my transmission is messed up. I called the company and I spoke to the manager there who basically admitted they never replaced the part I paid for.

The customer brought her 2012 Ford Escape in for repairs on February 2, 2022. She indicated the vehicle wasn’t shifting properly, jerking and leaking. Upon diagnosis, the mechanic found the drivers side front CV Axle was broken and causing the seal to leak transmission fluid. We replaced both the broken LF CV axle and the seal, also adding transmission fluid per the technical service bulletin.

She brought the vehicle back on February 14th, 2022 stating it was experiencing the same issues as before. The driver’s side LF CV axle was broken again causing the seal to once again leak. Further diagnosis revealed the transmission housing sleeve was worn out on the driver’s side and will need to be replaced. We recommended she have the transmission housing replaced on the driver’s side to avoid the transmission seal from leaking in the future and causing damage to the CV axle. We were unable to get the transmission housing and recommended she take the vehicle to the dealership for needed repairs. The customer was not charged for the time (.4 hours) it took our mechanic to diagnose the situation.

Customer then took the vehicle to a dealership and was told it needs a new transmission.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

      Sincerely,

      **** ******
