I purchased a 2012 GMC Acadia from Bond Auto Brokers in February 2020. This was my first time buying my own vehicle and thought I would receive honest service. When I purchased the vehicle it had 150.000 miles and very dirty on the inside. I paid $2500 down and the owner, ******* told me if anyone called me to tell them I paid $4500, Vehicle came with as is warranty and I was messed around with receiving gap insurance coverage even though I paid for that. I took the vehicle back within the first week of driving it to complain of a knows I heard and ******* said that was normal. I took it to several auto repair shops and was told it was the transmission and one place said it was the hub assembly. The business was not willing to pay for anything to be repaired. Well just in September my motor went out in the vehicle and now I am without a vehicle, and have not been able to speak with anyone at Bond Auto Brokers. I realize it has been almost two years but I was treated unfairly in the beginning and I don't want anyone else to get burned by them.
