  I took my vehicle in for rear brakes and rotors on 8/18/2023, Now the vehicle has had a full blown brake failure. The Audi dealership stated several things that were performed incorrectly. The repairman had no experience with this type of vehicle and has caused a multitude of problems. I called the owner ********************* today 11/20/23 hoping we could come to a solution of refunding my money, Because I have to fix what his shop and repairman has caused over ******* worth of damage. He became irate and refused to work out a solution.

  I am writing in response to the customer complaint filed by Ms. ******** Ms. ******* received a brake service job on 08/16/2022 (see attached copy of receipt) for her Audi Q5. Nothing was wrong with the brake service rendered by our business when Ms. ******* left our business, as she had no complaints for more than a year. She was given a one year or ****** mile warranty. If the amount of damage in which Ms. ******* claims was done by our service were accurate, she would have had issues with the car a lot sooner than 15 months after her service date. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide Ms. ******* with a refund nor are we able to service the vehicle as the warranty period for which Ms. ******* had at the time of service has expired. We have spoken with Ms. ******* and have informed her of the terms of the warranty as well. If the vehicle would have needed service in relation to the service performed by our team within the warranty period, we would have gladly serviced her vehicle under the warranty.   I am rejecting this response because: Mr ********************* and his mechanic is Unskilled, Dishonest and lacks integrity, They destroyed my braking system due to their work performed in August, which led me to close to ***** in repairs for their greed and negligence
