On 11/4/2022 I visited Studio 244 for a service. I provided my own material to be inserted on in my hair. Unfortunately, the style I left with covered 2/3 of the perimeter of my for head and the the glue residual had not dried so everything looked normal. Ive seen the stylist before and had been pleased with her work. On 11/6/2022 I took my bonnet off to see white patches on my upper forehead and behind my ear. The chemical used was very flaky and begin to fall in my eye and cause irritation. I reached out to the stylist via text and she initially replied that she thought it would have dried and sorry. After consulting with a friend thats a licensed stylist, she informed me that this was not conducive of what I asked for. I reached out to the stylist again to see if she could fix my hair and or pay for me to see another stylist. I was hoping for the latter as I no longer trusted the stylist. I schedule 11/8/2022 at 12:00 however I had a family emergency and if need I can provide the ** After Visit Summary. I reached out to the stylist on 11/8 and 11/9 and I was accused of handling things not like a woman and the request of half of the fee I paid was not granted. At this time, I am seeking help to rectify this matter. I have responded cordially with the proprietor however I was unsuccessful. I do have evidence of the communication strand.
