The owner/self operator stole debit card and ID information and made fraud transactions through his handyman business, PERFECTION UNLIMITED. He made fraud charges of $2000, and $1000 all on the same date/time. There was NEVER any actual sale or service with this self/owner operated business. These were random transactions.He used the Square app on his mobile device which is his point-of-sale method for his business to conduct sale transactions. To use this app, all he needed was card information and zip code to make these fraudulent charges to his business account. No physical card or customer signature was need or used to make the cardless transactions.He disputed the chargeback issued by cardholder's banks and provides fraud information in his dispute. He classified these charges as "misc clothing/accessories" and no other information about these fraud 'sales'. Keeping in mind he is a registered handyman business....why is he making "sales" for "miscellaneous clothing/accessories".I relay this information because the bank reported this information as well as provided the dispute report he filed through Square Inc.Stay away from this guy and this self/owner operator business.I want to bring awareness to the shady transactions he conducts for his personal gain and he uses his business as front for it. This is definitely bad business practice that he would use his business to make his personal fraud transactions from information he took illegally which is identity theft.I am confident this is not the 1st or only time he has done this through his business. Most times the victims of his scheme have protection from their bank and cc company but there are some times he benefits and is able to retain stolen funds from this identity theft and debit/credit card fraud he makes to himself through is business.This business has been reported to the ******** ************************** ******** ********** of ******** Services, and BBB Complaint and Scam reporting.
