They dumped the water from my neighbors pond under their fence and flooded out my chicken coop and part of my backyard. I contacted them and they're not taking accountability for itBusiness response

Thank you for allowing us to address the complaint filed against us by ***********************.
Our records show that we cleaned the neighbors pond on April 25th. Subsequently, on April 29th, we were contacted by our client who informed us of their neighbor's dissatisfaction with expelling water from their pond which was drained where our client had indicated.
On April 30th we were contacted by ************************* of *******************, he accused us of negligence and threatened legal action without specifying his desired resolution. We attempted to engage in constructive dialogue and suggested that he speak with our client directly, as the water was expelled according to their instructions. Regrettably, ****************** abruptly terminated the conversation and indicated his intention to involve legal counsel.
We made multiple attempts to reach out to resolve the issue at hand and our calls either went unanswered or went to voicemail with no response. Shortly thereafter, we received a ****** Review from *********************** (spouse to *************************) expressing her dissatisfaction with our company. In response, we expressed our regret for the misunderstanding and our commitment to resolving the matter satisfactorily. We asked that they reopen the lines of communication so that we could come to a resolution. Additionally, we have made multiple attempts since to reconnect with ****************** to discuss a potential resolution and our calls are still either going unanswered or to voicemail with no response.
Despite our repeated efforts to reestablish communication without success, we remain committed to addressing their concerns in finding a mutually agreeable resolution.
