On February 18, 2022. My grandma and I purchased a 2016 ********** Outlander Sport from *********************. The next day I called the business to tell them I was experiencing odd noise and rattling with car. And would like for it to be taken care of. They responded back well we cant accommodate you (I) with a loaner vehicular for the time my car would be in there. It took 3 months to finally speak with *** the bigger guy in chain to finally accommodate me with a loaner. For I dont live in ******** and have a medically changed daughter who at anytime can and needs to be rushed to Milwaukee childrens hospital. So I told them that was the only reason I havent brought the car in. But once I was finally accommodate by them they turn around and try charging me for the engine light thats been on since I left off that lot(On n off). And say I drove to much in the three months and that they will only cover the labor and take off 100$ for the breaks. Which in their words found rear breaks rusted and corroded. I drive to Milwaukee and back all the time for my daughters health needs! Im beyond appalled that this is how they treat their customers. They cleared those codes just in time for me to buy it. My gma and I took the car to see what the code was on the dash at autzone then called ****** shortly after for them to tell me. Sorry no rental car available for you try again later. Yall should be ashamed of yourself! If you guys wouldve accommodate me in the beginning when I first started complaining about issues with the car (day of and day after) and multiple xs threw these 3 mnths! . Not only did u guys neglected the fact I have been non stop calling about issues with this car! But to try and ******* me into thinking your cutting ME A DEAL WITHOUT CHARGING ME LABOR. When yall knew that light has been on. since day one yall cleared it As with the rattling and the corroded rusted out breaks. Shameful. GOD SEES ALL AND KNOWS ALL. I cant believe it!

***** purchased a 2016 ********** with ***** miles on 2/18/2022.   The vehicle had an inspection before the sale and found to be in good working order.  ***** took a test drive in the vehicle before the purchase and was obviously happy with way it drove.   In April ***** called complaining of brake noise and an engine light on.  We scheduled an appointment to look at the vehicle on 4/22.  This was 2 months after the sale.  ***** did not call or show up for the appointment.  In May she called again and scheduled an appointment for 5/23.  She did not call or show up for that appointment.  She did call me to talk about her concerns with the vehicle.  I told her that we would be happy to look at it when ever she could bring it in.  She was only willing to bring the vehicle in if she received a loaner.  Typically we do not offer loaners for this situation but we made an exception and set up a rental car for 6/6.  ***** then rescheduled that appointment.  On 6/7 we looked at her vehicle, at that time it has ****** miles on it.  We found the brakes to be in good working order they did however make noise on occasion.  In addition the engine light was on and needs to have an O2 sensor replaced.  While on the phone with ***** she told me repeatedly that she had purchased an extended warranty.  After looking into her purchase, she had declined any additional warranty.  ***** had put approximately **** miles on it since her purchase with out issue.   As an offer of good will we offered to give her the loaner for free and pay for the labor of the repair.  ***** declined our offer assistance.   ***** was sold a good vehicle in good working condition and has used it for months.    She does not have any coverage that would help her defer the cost.  Please feel free to reach out with any further questions.  *********************** Dealer Principal

I brought my car into Lincoln dealership for service before I took a vacation with my family. I was charged for a tire rotation and oil change in which the car is given a well check up at the same time. My car was not properly serviced and now my car is no longer drivable. The company manager got mad at me for requesting the service be done right and refused to do a proper service.

      Good Morning,

Thank you for making me aware of this issue.  ******** had an oil change and tire rotation done on 12/16.  As part of that service, we also did a vehicle inspection, at that time the vehicle was operating normally for the miles and condition.  Approximately 3 weeks later ******** called from Georgia complaining of a grinding noise, she had that reapaired.  ******** called later stating that the noise was back.   We offered to look into it as soon as she returned to town, we also offered to assist with working with a local dealer.  She was not interested in that.  We would be happy to look at the car for no charge and determine what is causing her issues.

******** is driving a 15-year-old vehicle with over ******* miles.  There are any number of failures that could occur at any time.  There is nothing that would lead us to believe that our workmanship is responsible.  The fact that she drove the car for over **** miles before having any issues is proof that things were operating normally.  We are happy to assist with whatever failure ******** has but we have no reason to believe that we have any fault in her current issue.

Please let me know if you have any more questions

      Thank you
