****** offered to come out and give a free inspection of our attic and roof. We had our roof replaced by a different company 3 years ago and we had a water stain on the ceiling in our master bathroom near the exhaust fan. The previous roofing company that had done our new roof was trying to not take responsibility for the damage and said we had an HVAC problem causing condensation instead. ****** from Superior roofing came out and thoroughly inspected the attic and roof and identified the exact cause of the leak. He spent over an hour at our house, took pictures and told me exactly what needed to be repaired. The leak was indeed caused by poor workmanship of the previous company. I was able to take that information and pictures back to the original roofing company and they couldnt deny their poor workmanship. Without ******* knowledge and expertise, I would not have been able to know the truth of the cause of the leaks. In the future, I will only contact ****** at Superior roofing for any and all services they offer including roofing, siding and windows.

I cant thank ****** and Superior Roofing enough!! Me and my wife were ready to give up when our insurance company (of 25 years!) denied our roofing claim after a major hail storm. We had three different contractors confirm damage and even tried to help with the claim but werent able to get anywhere. A coworker highly recommended ***************************** from Superior and Im so thankful he came when he did. His level of expertise in working with insurance companies and Roofing installation was top notch these guys are true professionals! ****** turned my denied claim into a full approval! Me and my wife are now stress free with a beautiful new roof and the best warranty we could find from any contractor! Thank you ******!!

****** with Superior roofing did an estimate on our roof. Superior has redone our siding and gutters, so were currently financing that project. He was very knowledgeable about prices, product, and labor. He was able to give me a very competitive quote. Would recommend superior roofing and ****** to anyone who needs work done. ****** was quick to get me my estimate and very accommodating to our budget.

I've saved a lot of money working with Superior Roofing. On the service front, when I place a call for leak repairs, they typically fix it right the first time. This may seem an obvious point, but compared to my common area expenses from previous years, it's now obvious I'm receiving a much higher quality of service. Their staff are always professional and courteous and have no problem dealing directly with my tenants throughout our three shopping centers. This provides many time saving advantages for me. Best of all, my tenants report good experiences working with Superior which helps improve tenant relations overall. They understand business and customer service.On the new roof front, we maintain and schedule for replacement based on age and condition. We have approximately 100 roofs to account for. *********************** pricing and product line are always competitive, reliable and fair. From Sales, accounting, service and installation, I have had nothing but 5 stars interactions with their staff. Based on my experience, I would recommend them at every level of business interaction. In the final analysis, they have completed the tasks assigned them professionally, saved me money on maintenance and installations and improved my tenant relations. I can't ask for more than that. The supervisor assigned to my account, ***** Safe, is personable and intelligent with a keen eye to customer service. He has taken one of the biggest headaches a property manager has (leaking roofs) and made it wholly manageable. TERRIBLE service. ********** told incorrect information about what is going on with our roof. Cant get sales person to respond and provide information and when he does its wrong. Sales supervisor is no better. Would love to talk to the owner and let him know about how awful it has been to deal with this company because I highly doubt this is the service he wants representing his company.

I contacted Superior Roofing in ********* ******** on June of 2021 after several phone calls to receive a quote they never called back am I missing something here
