I ordered a toy from https://www.toydemon.com. Order number #TD220822144 at Aug 22, 2022 ($51.57). The package was never delivered. I contacted their customer support twice on October, but they say it's already 2 months and refuse to resolve the problem for me. I was waiting patiently only because their website says due to covid-19 deliveries may be delayed. Now they use it as an excuse to deny their responsibility. I would appreciate it if you could help me to resolve this issue. Thank you!Initial Complaint

I bought a *** toy for my fiance as I am currently disabled short term from a knee surgery after it arrived he waited to use it for probably a week or so I don't remember but after he used it 1 time for the very first time it broke and has an extra hole in it. So I immediately contacted toydemon about it knowing that they don't accept returns for used items I was just expecting a partial refund because for a 134$ *** toy I would expect better quality and for it to last more than one use They had me take multiple pictures of the *** toy with the order number and rma number visible which I did. They claimed they contacted the manufacturer and explained to them it was "user error not enough lube" which is simply not true at all we have an entire closet full and he always uses plenty of lube with his *** toys and I had never mentioned anything about the lube the company just assumed we hadnt used any because we didn't buy any from them! Then they offered to make an "exception" and replace it if we send pictures of us cutting it up. But my fiance said he didn't even like it that much and gave it 3 out of 5 stars and neither of us wanted to be bothered with a lengthy return process to begin with toydemon then claimed that we were "too uncomfortable " to cut it up and offered me a 40$ store credit I told them that I never wish to purchase from their company again due to how I had been treated and that I would prefer to be refunded the same amount as what they offered me in store credit and they are denying me a refund. So to sum it up.1 they know they sold me a defective product or they wouldn't have offered me a replacement or credit 2 they keep blaming me and my fiance without proof 3 they claim they can't refund me because its upto the "manufacturer" and not their website even though I paid the website I sent screenshot of rma responses ,emails and requested pictures of all the lube he owns to prove thats not the issue At this point I feel I deserve at least $80 back
