I provided this business a brand new American Girl doll. which was dress and and all. this was to create a dress for my daughters sweet 16 replicat*** ****************** but in the doll version. when i asked for status of the doll dress i kept gett*** the run around the business ( owner) kept tell*** me i would receive pics of the process which i didnt i didnt receive anyth*** until about 1.5 prior to the main event. at that point when she sent the process they has sewed the dress into the doll. the dress was not no where near what we had asked for . she kept blam*** it on her seamstress who she had fired. then she told she would have the new seamstress create a whole new dress. well 1 week prior to the event she sends me a photo which was not what we had talked about either. i then let her know i didnt like the dress and she agree to reimbursed me but after a few screams and insults . i then told her i would be pick*** up the american girl place doll when i pick up my daughters sweet 16 dress. which i did. when i got to the car i opened the box the american girl was not in the same brand new outfit i handed her the doll in I called her and she claimed i brought the doll like which i didnt beause its not the standard dolls outfit i asked where was the doll's dress. she kept yell*** and tell *** me was ly*** and try*** to rip her off. i have no reason to do such th***. I just wanted the doll as i handed it to them . she then hung up. i called back and text her and asked her what was she go*** to do about the dress. no response. i have text her numerous times ask*** for an answer at this point. she finally answered me and told me they would contact me once the dolls dress came in and i would have to return the black dress they handed me the doll in i have no problem with that im not try*** to keep another little girls outfit. its been 2 weeks and i called them to ask for a time frame of when i should receive the the dress. they decide to yell insult and hang up on meBusiness response

At Vestido Couture we strive in giving our customer the best customer service and for the first part she will agree it was a magical experience for her daughter and her self. the customer then ordered a tailored dress of witch we promised a SIMILAR not IDENTICAL but there was no pleasing this customer it was a once in a life time experience for us as we have NEVER in over 18 years of business have had a customer like this one. This customer believed she could yell scream curse and harass us. Unfortunately her demands were not realistic we made her 2 doll dresses of witch she did not like I've included a side by side picture of the second dress that was made. She didn't not like it and we offered her a refund and after yelling at us and screaming at us she finally agreed to the refund. (we have recording of all phone calls and encounters of this customer to show we NEVER yelled or screamed at her). She accused us of wanting to damage her dress after out of COURTESY we offered to house her dress here at no additional cost and include a free pressing of her dress for a second time so she didn't have to keep it at home for so long well we were also accused of not giving her the FREE YES FREE SECOND press (there is a video of the girls fluffing her dress for a second time for our records. i offered her to pick up asap so she wouldn't have to worry about any damages made to her dress as i told her we would never even think of such actions and she proceeded to scream stating i was making her pick up immediately... clearly there was just no reasoning with her. until the big day came for her dress pick up and doll. she then started calling stating we did not give her the right one and just yelling and screaming on her part i didn't want to argue but she just started to scream ''you f****** b****** you f****** b****** i proceeded to tell her she was being recorded and she then hung up. at this point the text messages started to come in and each time we would apologize and tell her we would call her when her dress came in and that we would no longer continue to answer her text messages that would lead to the same resolution already given. Her phone number's were blocked and when her dress came in we called her to schedule an appointment and today she had picked up her dress and returned what she claims was not hers. It sad a customer had to use profanity towards our company as our main goal was to provide her with the best possible service and at no point were we disrespectful nor rude and we have voice and video recordings to prove such statement. We wish ***** the best and hope this was a learning ****** for all of us to be better customers and a better business with excellent customer service.Customer response

We have resolved this customers problem and as you can see she is very argumentative and will not take explanations for an answer she wants to continue to cause problems even when a solution was offered given and resolved. She has picked up her dress witch is what she was FIGTHING and ARGUING about. She picked up her dress she refused to enter the store to avoid being on camera but a video was recorded at the front door window were the dress was handed to her at our front door she took it and proceeded to walk away. NEVER HAVE WE ENCOUNTERED something like this we wish her good luck and hope she finds peace we have nothing further to resolve as we have satisfied our part.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: the vendor is extremely rude, i refuse to enter the store because neither the owner and daughter had the nerve to come and apologize for their mishap. they return the brand new doll in a condition that was sloppy her hair all messed up along with holes poked from them trying to sew the dress on to the doll which they admitted to doing they sent the man to open the door . i wasnt refusing to enter the store because of being on camera they have cameras outside of the business. have them show you. i refuse because i dont trust them and i was alone. she forgot to also mentioned they blocked me after i requested ETA of the dress then when i said i would pick up that day the daughter makes an excuse and mentioned oh I'm stepping out. come to find out they went to the store to buy it . yes i did find that out so until i threaten legal action is when they decided to go purchase a whole new doll to return the dress of my doll. they were nice until i confronted them about the what they reutrn and kept saying it was their old seamstress fault. not theres but please see attached what they were trying to give me for ****** . a dress that was being sewed even on the same day. im glad i reported them to make everyone aware of how they do business. they are upset because i didnt take the dress they made. which she kept telling " this is the most expensive doll i have made or has cost me" 1. you dont share that with your customers and 2. dont take something if you know you cant produce. but after giving them about 2500.00 this is what they turned out to be.
attached is the 1st dress they tried to hand me . which looks nothing like what my daughter wore. they were sewing as i picked up and they thought this was a fantastic job. also look at how the have the dolls dress no care in the world. yet knowning this doll would be on display.. NO ONE CALLED THEM FUCKEN B****** what i did say was how the f*** you going to tell me i didnt take you a brand new doll . which is what i handed to her at her own home. and they kept denying to me i brought them a new doll . yea they are liars and i have will make sure no other person goes through their drama.they thought they would get away and i would not report them . i cant imagine how many other customers have gone through this. have them show you the sound of the camera why i didnt walk in !
