I ordered and cancelled a part 12/9/21. I received the part 2/6/22. Upon calling the company, they apologized for the mistake and sent me instructions to return the part. After calling 3 times, the email was sent. I noticed that it stated that I had to pay a 20% restocking fee. I emailed the company and they said that I had made 2 orders a week apart and only cancelled the latter order. **** started speaking down to me and yelling. I asked for his supervisors number or email and he refused to give it to me. He also called me back and proceeded to ask me to go to the website so he could show me that he did not have to accept the part or give me a refund.
