      I purchase $174.24 of product on 05/23 from the company. They shipped with ***** **** delivered my package to the wrong address. I followed up with Ziip Stock letting them know and forwarding all my correspondence with **** and **** findings as was advised to do. I received one follow up email on June 5th after sending them screen shots of my conversation asking only for my address and since they have no followed up or reached out. I have sent two emails to date and there has been no respond.

      I placed an order, I was charged, a shipping label was created, but it never shipped, I never received the product and the company is unresponsive to my emails.

      I placed an order on November 29th for two items. On December 1st I received my package but it only had one item in it. I immediately emailed the company with no response. I have since emailed several times. There is no contact phone number. Finally on December 15 the company responds to send my defective item back. There is no defective item I did t get the item at all. I have asked for them to ship me the missing item. All communication has again stopped. I want the item or my money back.

      On 2/3 I ordered 10 vapes from Ziipstock (ZS3071108840). On 2/6 I received a total of just 3 vapes. I sent them over $150 for all 10 vapes, again, only receiving 3. I have made contact with the company via emails sent to sales@Ziipstock at least four times and had absolutely no response. They either owe me $$$ for the 7 vapes I never got or they should send the vapes immediately.

      On July 26th, 2022, I placed an order with Ziipstock.com for 15 vapes called Mr. **** The total came to ****** with the order# ZS307174246. I received the vape pens, however I have had them in the past directly from the source and the ones ziipstock sold me were not the real Mr. *** vapes. They tasted like old vape oil and started tasting like burnt oil after a day of using it. I had returned the rest of my unopened product immediately and never heard back. Ive sent multiple emails and would try to call them but they have no contact number to reach them! They owe me about $180.00 for the returned product and are no where to be contacted.

      I bought $70.00 worth of vape pens out of the 8 I received 3 of them didnt work. I reached out to the company via email 7 times without any response. I am seeking a refund for $30 or they can send me 3 new vapes. Thats all I ask.

      June 5th 2022, I placed an order for vapes,but the payment of ***** didn't go through due to address verification. On 6/6/22 and 6/7/22 my bank account has charges of ***** x 7 = $405.72 by this company. I have tried emailing and calling with no replies. I have not recieved my money back either. It is in a pending state and the bank can not do anything about it for atleast a week and a half. The total is in all that Ziip vapes owes me is $461.29. This so called company needs to be shut down so other people don't get screwed over like I just did.

      I purchased items from this website on February 26th and I haven't received any email confirmation, my card has been charged and I have a receipt on my bank statement. The company is not responding and I want the refund.

      Date of purchase was December 18, 2021. I was notified on December 18, 2021 that my purchase had been shipped with tracking number 1Z0178Y80321813877. On December 27, 2021 I contacted the company to find out where my package was. They informed me it might be lost and would check with **** this is the last contact I have had with them even after I have reached out several times. I contacted *** myself on December 30, 2021 to file a claim. The claim was approved. I contacted Ziip Stock again giving this information and requested they either refund my money or send items I ordered and paid for through the mail. To this date they have not made contact with me or refunded my. money.

      I placed an order with this company and received tracking indicating my package was delivered. It was not and I have contacted *** and been redirected to the seller who refuses to address my concern. I either want my order to be reshipped or refunded.
