I recently ordered a Hyde vape for $17. I waited a whole week, and once it arrived, I opened the box, and the vape was completely soaked in liquid. The little airtight packet that has the vape was completely filled with e-juice from the leaking vape. I opened it still, and of course it didn't work. What is really infuriating is that I contacted the company over 5 times through email on separate days, showing video and photo proof. And guess what? NO REPLY FROM THE COMPANY IN 3 WEEKS. I doubt I will ever get a reply or refund. STAY AWAY from this website. They sell expired, old, or damaged vapes and will not even read your emails.Review from April W

Trust the other reviews. They have zero customer service, they do not respond to any emails even when they make a mistake and act like theyre a ghost company whenever you have something wrong. I ordered 4 vapes and received 4 of the wrong ones. Less efficient awful ones. No one ever responded to my 10+ emails. I have a lawyer on retainer and he is actually planning on taking legal action against them if they dont respond in the next week, which Im more than fine with.Review from Jen S

tried ordering vapes online, their website stated my card was declined yet i immediately received a notification that the exact amount of the order was taken from my account. they will not respond about a refund. i will be disputing the charge.Review from Charles A

Ordered 3 Draco vapes from them, all were cracked I emailed them and they said to send it back so I did. I waited about a month and nothing after sending several emails. I like a dummy ordered 3 more because I really love the cool mint flavor from these Dracos and I thought maybe it was just a bad package, low and behold the next package of 3 Draco vapes were cracked as well????? now I'm going to put the video on ******** Also instead of them responding to my emails they would email me within that month like we haven't heard from you are you OK? So I would reply and tell them yes I'm still waiting on you're office response on my first package. But nothing... yeah ziipstock y'all **** you know what and I'm gonna do what I can to make sure yall pay for ******* me off and robbing me for my hard earned income!! BTP_9MESKGCKW0L is my tracking number. I have been waiting since 10/28 for my package to be delivered. Nobody is helping me or giving me any answers.
