I had plumbing work done by Abbott industrial, **** what originally was suppose to be only 2 visits turned into 6 visits between 3 different plumbers. The work from the original two visits was not done correctly and the plumbers failed to check their work. A different plumber returned to see what the issue was, which resulted in a 30 minute visit and then the plumber spent 2 hours driving around looking for the incorrect part due to his misdiagnosis. I was then charged for the visit of the plumbers misdiagnosis (Abbott charged me for the 2 hours their plumber spent looking for the incorrect parts), I had to take down the tiles and remove dry wall from the bathroom because of the incorrect work that was done. The plumbers tried to blame me, the customer, for buying the incorrect shower valve, rather than then checking to ensure that the shower valve was compatible with the building water pressure. Ive tried calling the company 5 times and no one is returning my calls to dispute the charges because I will not be paying for the plumbers misdiagnosis. Absolutely worst customer service experience, as a customer it has also caused me a great amount of emotional distress. Ive already paid over $2,000 for the first two visits and the company is taking advantage of customers by having them pay for their plumbers mistakes/misdiagnosis and them having to come back multiple time and charging the customer.

The company sent 2 different plumbers for the job I requested. The first one ,there was no actual plumbing work done as there was a change on the work that needs to be done. The plumber spent 2 hrs talking in the hallway to his supervisor for which the company charged me 2 hours labor. The second plumber came to install a *** valve on the water supply line with the building maintenance staff assistance for water shutdown The process was from 9am-11:15am ,when the maintenance turned back the water supply.( I was charged $140 separately by the building for this process) .The plumber then removed the existing toilet and installed a new toilet which i supplied. The plumber finished installation about 12:30 pm then slowly gathered all his equipments in the bathroom. Around 1pm he said I am going downstairs "to get the papers for me to sign". I took him another 30 min to come up and only because i called since he was walking about in the parking lot then went inside his truck. All these I have observed from my window which is directly looking down at the parking lot. He came up and wrote 5 hrs of work . I told him its only 1:40 pm. I called his supervisor the following day and he stated he will look into it.. No one called me back, then about 2 weeks later they emailed me a bill for $1,612.18 . They charged me 7 hours of labor ($146.25/h and $506.50 for the *** which a supplier quoted me for $189.00 I don't mind paying the hourly rate if there is actual work done but i have a problem when contractors prolong the work unjustifiably. On top of this, they are charging me $1612.18 and the job is not completely done yet.there is still work to be done.
