I have told them time and time again to stop calling me but they still insist on harassing me even though I told them I'm not ever going to be one of their drivers. Then when I told them that I would like to talk to a manager, they said no and hung up on me.Initial Complaint

Thank you for sharing your experience with Super Ego. It's unfortunate to hear that the program may not be suitable for everyone. It appears that many of the participants or future drivers are inexperienced OTR drivers who may have difficulty getting hired elsewhere. It's concerning to hear about the challenges faced by some of the drivers, such as being fired for speeding and having no place to live, or having difficulty finding a job due to their employment history.It's also disappointing to hear about your own experience with Super Ego. It seems that the program may not have provided adequate support or training. The teacher you encountered did not emphasize the importance of the job and seemed more focused on numbers rather than ethics and accuracy in trucking. Additionally, the financial aspect of the program, such as the charges for various services and the high payments for old trucks, may not be feasible for someone looking to start a business legitimately with great credit and an excellent history over 19 years.If you feel strongly about your experience, writing a letter to **** and ******, the individuals you mentioned, could be a way to express your concerns and provide feedback. It's important for programs like Super Ego to be aware of the issues faced by participants and make improvements to better serve their needs.Initial Complaint

The company has three subtracting companies. The company has ***** Trucking, Trytime and super ego. They have coerced by having me be recruited by super ego working for ***** and driving for Trytime. Also, they illegally told my truck illegally sees my freight that I already driven. That was pretty much 65% already driven there. There was no reason for them to tow my truck. Theres no communication for them to even take my truck. I have a reason to take ************ telephone number is ************. They are doing more than what is shown to the eye.Initial Complaint

EGO Truck driver made a left in front of me coming out of ********* station into on coming traffic never slowing down. I was stopped as I saw him coming without braking. He hit my front driver side pulling of my bumper and turn sig.al light, under bumper was pushed in and car not drivable without pulling under from tires. Driver did not stop. Hit and run. Could not get truck or driver info, he left to fast. No response from EGO and police report was filed. Have made several phone calls and emails to EGO. I was not injured but need my car fixed. Accident happened at ***************** **********/18/23 EMU and Stagecoach Trail in the am. I have been more than patient now almost a month later. ****** talk to a manager no name was given to me other than ************************* and he does not respond to calls or emails. Phone #************ his direct number. Police report given to ******* Sheriff Deputy ******** and she said she would see if there is video of that time/date at Pilot Station but have not heard back from her.Initial Complaint

I when to go to work for super ego Jul 5 2023 I got there and was waiting for a truck for 10 days couldn't send me out . By the time the found a truck to recover I when to ************** to go and pick it up for 1k dollars. ***** was not working by the time I got there . So I stay in the hotel for 7 days truck was not fixed ?? and they flu me back to *******. Get me in another truck cause they didn't wanna keep paying for a hotel . But they got me back in ******* so I can stay on some truck that they got laying around. By the time they did that . Truck was fix . So they got me in another plane. I got on the truck I start to work . I run 5k mile for 6k500 dollar . I didn't fill good good working for the company I drop the truck to they yard . Cause they didn't wanna pay me . After 2 weeks been home they keep charging me for insurance and truck payments. And they still haven't send me any money but they keep making me look like I own them money . I understand that we going to inflation. But they can't keep charging me . And also not paying me at all . Please let me know what can be done . I just wanna get pay . A d make them stop charging me . Thanks I need them to pay me 900 dollars ?? send me a check to my houseInitial Complaint

I have been driving for this company and I have not been compensated for the time that Im on the road driving. This company moves completed load from one week to the next just to cover the weekly lease payments for the truck and trailer. They are skimming off of the top of each load cost on every load.Initial Complaint

A driver from this company hit my parked vehicle in a parking lot while I was at work. I tried to find a way to contact the company by email directly but they only have recruiting/Job application email. It happened 6/8/23 9:55am. Trailer #****** is who hit me. Please help me solve this issue so at least the company can compensate me for the damages/repairs. I have video proof of the incident however the file size exceeds the 5mb attachment limit, though I would be happy to provide it in email if asked. Thank you!
