bought the car may 22, 2024. Car had issues within 20 minutes of the drive home. It was smoking from exhaust, Suspension made noice and LEDs wasnt lit all the way. We contacted the salesman that we want to return the car, because discovered a lot of issues. car had 17K miles so didnt look like it would have issues. And the salesman didnt let us do a pull when we asked for it. We Took the car in to return next day, They said well fix the issue. We said we want to return it not fix it. He refused, and said I dont take cars back bring it back Tuesday Ill get it checked. We said alright if you can fix it. The car didnt start at the dealership and had a check engine light. We called him outside and he said because the car is on slope and theres no gas. It had 40 miles of gas left. He still refused to take the car. Next day, We made an appointment at *** dealer, and they did a diagnosis, telling us to start a returning process on the car because the serial number of engine does not match the vin of the car, Turbos are about to go out. Flywheel has rust which isnt usual unless the car has been through water damage. They have done this to a lot of people. Their lowest reviews are not on top so didnt see before. We also left the review about *** M550I we bought, and the manager of the dealership called us saying delete the review or I wont fix the car. we also bought extended warranty so he cannot deny that. He said How do you want me to work with you if you are going to keep the review up, I might take the car in but if you dont delete it I can mess it up more and give it to you. The same day we contacted the sales person The manager called cussing and threatening. We went in to show him the the diagnosis paperwork from *** ******* and they denied it. Said cant be true because Carfax has all services. We paid ***** down, ***** financed.
