I purchased a 2011 ****** Rogue from Cars Stone Auto December 2023 with good faith. The Car Stone owner ***** assured me the car was in excellent shape. Im a disabled senior citizen who only drives the vehicle for local errands. Soon the car began a vibrating motion that intensified over time. I took it to ***** on April 3, 2024 for an inspection. I received an estimate for $2,700 for shocks, struts, inner/outer tire rod ends, brake pads/rotors/drums for front & back. I had no idea this vehicle needed so much work. I immediately informed *****. ***** who avoided my estimate and wanted nothing to do it. After my heavy persistence ***** paid $177 for brakes for the vehicle. Brakes only nothing more. I continued to insist he should do more.Business response

We are sorry to hear that. We helped the buyer more than necessary, as she called a week after purchasing the car to replace the drivers seat, and it was completely replaced by us without any charge. Then she called two months later and asked for help. This was done by sending the mechanic person without any charge twice, and then she came after Five months later, she wanted to repair the car. However, she then bought all the brakes at my own expense, and sent it to where she lives. The car was sold for six months, and I cannot continue to help her, as it was sold to her almost at cost. It was sold without any warranty, as shown in the attached papers.
