My name is *********************** and I took my vehicle to Caliber Collision to repair my vehicle after an accident. This was one of the locations provided by my USAA insurance. My insurance paid $10,147.14 and I paid my $500 deductible on 11/20/2021. I've been very patient and understanding due to the labor shortage and all. It's been over 4 months and my issues still have not been resolved. I've even contacted the general manager via email and requested a call back several times from ******. I picked up my vehicle on November 20th because they informed me that my vehicle was ready and the only thing missing were the decals. I was informed that they would contact me once the decals were in, and I could bring it back to the shop. After taking a look at my vehicle I noticed that my emblems were missing on my front grill and informed ***. She made a note and informed them that she would notify the general manager, *************************. I spoke to ******, and he then informed me that he would place an order for the emblems as well. Here we are the end of March and still nothing has been resolved nor have I have been contacted. I tried calling before and they have taken my name and number and told me I will receive a call back and nothing. I have also tried to send an email to corporate and no one has reached out to me. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received at any business.
