    Rush Heating/Cooling just repaired a finicky furnace in one of my rentals that required them to work around the tenants unusual schedule. In the many years since I first discovered them they have handled every emergency, every tune-up and every new installation in my two rental buildings without a hitch. I especially appreciated their sound advice for A/C installations in a tricky 100-year-old rental building. I believe you cant go wrong with Rush!

    Extremely poor service from Rush ******************************************** They were the assigned vendor through American Home Shield for an AC issue; the technician came to the home promptly, but then called me multiple times to try to figure out how old the unit was. He then assumed (without opening the unit) that it required old refrigerant that would cost me $230/lb out of pocket. I asked that they open the unit and verify, and minutes later technician kept calling back repeatedly saying he needed me to approve out of pocket expense for 3lbs of refrigerant. Not appreciating the incessant calls and text messages, I called American Home Shield to verify, and they told me to not approve any expense without them first receiving the diagnostic report. Repeatedly told the technician to submit the diagnostic report to American Home Shield. As of 7/9, no report has been submitted and **** is being unresponsive. This seems like a shady technician/company trying to circumvent protocol or providing a diagnostic report but get a customer to approve out of pocket expense. Do not use this company!

    Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused during your recent experience with RUSH HVAC.
    We understand your frustration regarding the technician's repeated calls and the issue with identifying the refrigerant type. Sometimes, the tags on the condenser unit can wear out due to sun exposure, making it necessary to check the compressor tag for the refrigerant type. The technician needed to verify your refrigerant coverage, which unfortunately only provided a $10 per pound discount.
    We assure you that our intention was not to be fraudulent or circumvent any protocols. We submitted the required diagnostic report to American Home Shield (AHS) as per their protocol. However, due to a heat wave, AHS was experiencing significant delays in both phone and online authorization requests. We finally received authorization from AHS on July 10.
    We have since added the necessary refrigerant to your unit. Please note that you have a 30-day warranty on the refrigerant and your work order, meaning you do not need to pay another service fee for this issue.
    We hope your experience has improved since then, and we appreciate your patience and understanding during this challenging time. If you have any further concerns or need assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    I had a problem with my air conditioner capacitator. We reached out to other companies, but they were so expensive. We found RushHVAC. They were not only super affordable, but they also have great customer service, they were very professional. **************, was the one who helped us out. He was not only very knowledgeable and went into detail about about everything, but was very friendly. Nice guy overall. I would definitely be recommending RushHVAC to all my friends and family.

    I love the relationship I've built with RUSH HVAC, it is ran by a latino family own business. JC and ***** are very informative, they installed a new furnace and provided j manual to calculate accurate sizing. I will be using them as my go to HVAC company.
