Last contact received from this office was on April 8th, 2022. I take ling breaks from visiting and was on a payment plan which was terminated and no explanation was given to me. My emergency contact was not notified about the office needing to reach me. My sister who visits the office twice a year was not told that I should give a call. Interesting enough she is my emergency contact. I confirmed the office last contacted me on April 8th,2022 from my phone provider. To put this all in perspective - I had a procedure done at the end of 2019. Covid pandemic started in 2020 and has persisted and I do not like to be sick. My bill was over 22k and I paid 15k thru the pandemic. With all those payments the office sent me to collections without any notifications or a phone call either to me or an emergency contact. I called the office after paying my entire bill to ask why the collection account was revised upward and caused more damage to my credit and was hung up on by the finance folks. I also have suspicions that this office broke HIPPA laws.
